These jerks have been calling my aunt, who has Alzheimers. She enjoys telling everyone that her father (who would be 113 years old) is the current president of the U.S. Wonder if she told these jerks? (My aunt no longer has access to her money - and this is why!!)

I have been getting these phone calls for over a year. They use different phone numbers and it is same company. I have blocked every number that comes in but they keep changing the number, I don't know how to stop them. It is extremely frustrating and they do not follow the do not call registry. I'm sick of it.

keep them on the line and tell them you have to find your credit card

I got calls from this # and several other #s, all saying from "Canada online pharmacy" with Indian accent. Can not stop them calling me even asked not to. I guess their system just randomly pick outgoing # to call, then randomly select their agent in India to talk to you. That is why the agents are not afraid of you and your law. Anyway, people in the US have to live with India people since they are US friends, and they enjoy to be.

Yes, you can stop the calls! I received one, sometimes up to three calls a day for over 3 years until I finally fought back! Here's the secret: Their computer makes tens of thousands of calls a day, routed through different numbers all over the country, only connecting you to a salesperson when you say "hello". At the first sign of negativity, they simply hang up. It costs them nothing! You will never get off the automated call list until you order something.
So DO IT! Be sure to ask lots of questions, change your mind several times, haggle on price. Then give them your address, email and credit card number (all fake!). The first time I kept the woman on the phone for 45 minutes. After she ran the fake card number (always use the correct first 2 digits), she desperately tried to call me 10 times a day for 3 days. Finally I answered and told her the credit card was canceled and gave her another. 3 more days of calling with no answer and it all stopped - for 3 months!!
I repeated the process, this time saying I had no credit card and was in the middle of switching bank accounts. After an hour on the phone fielding my stupid repeat questions and placing a $200 order, he sent instructions (to a fake email) on how to pre-pay using Western Union. He called 10 times a day for a week to figure out why they hadn't gotten the money before it all stopped again. 3 months later, here they come again. No biggie. I'm starting to enjoy this!
They make their money by selling to one of every 10,000 calls. It takes only a tiny percentage of fake orders to waste enough time for their entire marketing strategy to go bust. The salespeople get frustrated, make no commissions and quit. The company spends $1000 training another replacement. Their phone banks are stalled taking orders that only cost them money. Try it, its fun!
Put them out of business - REPOST THIS FOR EVERY NUMBER THEY USE

Good to know this and thank you for posting!
I just received a call myself so I'm looking into it here. I've had other similar calls with different numbers on the display so I do think the number is changed every so often. Good comments, thanks again !!

Changing your phone number is a complete crapshoot because all you are getting is someone else's old number. Who knows how many calls you'll get... might be better... but could be worse too!

I frequently get calls from this number and I never answer. No message is ever left and I suspect it is spam.

Dont worry about it. I have been getting these calls for over a year. Its a pharmacutical company off shore selling thru the name Canadian Online Pharmacy. They change their number every couple weeks. I also found out thru the phone company that the number can be a fake. Just because it says a certain area code does not mean it really is from there.
I got a call one night around 10pm and I did the old whistle thging when he started talking. He never called me back. I love to play games with them. Tell them to hold on a second while you turn the tv down or off and then just let the phone lay there. Thats fun. I have also answered using a fake language and kept saying the same line over and over.
Dont let it get to you. either dont answer or have fun with them. Its not a loan person cause I dont have any loans and they always start by saying the name of a drug that they see I take but its not really.

I would like for this company to stop calling me. The past year or so, they have been calling my number for a Joseph Smith. I do not know who this person is and each and every time they have called, I asked to be removed from the list. Received a call today and I immediately asked for a Supervisor/Manager. The person on the other line hung up. I called back and one of the sales rep name Robert Williams would not allow me to speak with a Supervisor/Manager and then gave me a bogus number to call to make a complaint. I called back and still felt I did not get it into this company's head that I do not know Joseph Smith and want to be removed from the company calling listing.

Called at 11:30 on 3/14/12. Telemarketer selling something... didn't get far enough into the call to find out what. He asked for a specific member of my family--I told him that they didn't live here. He thanked me and hung up.

I just started getting calls from this number.....How do I get it to stop? Doug
| Wouldn't it be great? 2012-03-14 17:45:02 Unknown |
I think it would be a splendid idea to leave a message on your answering machine for these bozos that informs that you've changed your phone number to 702-430-7522, http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-702-430-7522. That way, when they call that number, they can a real freak fest 'telemarketing' each other!
| strange call 2012-03-14 16:36:54 Unknown |
First call: I answer, but there is no one on the other end.
Second call (about 20 minutes later): I say hello, they ask for my husband. Like an idiot (I was caught off guard), I say he is not here, can I take a message. The caller immediately hung up.
It was a weird call, as I noticed there was lots of background noise on the other end (like the call was being made from someone's chaotic home). Did NOT sound like a professional establishment, or even a typical telemarketing firm. From what everyone else has said, it sounds like it is some bogus scam to try and sell bogus medication.

646-386-2389 keeps calling but leaves no message on machine.
When I answer, it's a foreign voice trying to sell prescription drugs.

Fourth call today (previous call was on 1/31/2012)
646-386-2389
Caller ID: New York NY
Business Type: Telemarketer representing themselves as a Canadian pharmacy, but I believe they are from India.
I called them back and very politely asked for my number to be removed from their call list. I found that sometimes this works better than threats and angry words.
