This person from the " state bereau " gave me another phone number yesterday, belonging to the supposed payday loan company. Yesterday a female answered as a payday loan officer, called back today and a male answered as state bereau. That number be aware of this number also. 347-450-9016

Tell him you know he is a Scammer and you are going to report him...He will quit calling....

A male named Jason called three times in 5 min representing a federal law enforcement saying I was being charged for three counts of cyber fraud from a loan from Cash USA.  He said he checked my records and saw I had a clean record, no bad check writing, or fraud schemes so felt he could work something out for me.  I let him do his talking as I had the same thing happen a few months ago and checked that phone number out from California and it was a scam also.  After this guy told me how I could take care of the situation by signing some kind of document and sending a down payment to make sure I took care ot the $500 plus it would take to clear my name of these charges I informed him that I was well aware that I did not have a record, did not write bad checks or had any fraud charges against me as I was an employee of a Police Agency. He then accused me of trying to use scare tactics and was falsifying my accusations and he would see to it I was in Big trouble.  I told him go ahead, I was reporting him as a scammer and if he googled his phone number he would see lots of remarks about his scam.  He also told me he knew where I lived and would be paying me a visit.  THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER...I NEVER got a loan from CashUSA...

Funny thing.  Get call from this guy.  Wanted money wired to avoid being prosecuted.  Said got wired money to my account via my computer.  Funny thing is, don't have a computer or bank account.  Sounds like the fraud is on there end if this is legitimate.  Extortion is a crime!!  The business's website that supposedly sent me the money is down. Imagine that!

Yesterday they called my cell and work 5 times then as soon as 6:00 hit I got 10 phone calls. Then they started calling me from 911 ~ Yes 911!!! I had a nice little chat with my Indian guy. I told him I reported him to the Internet Crime Complaint Center of the FBI, Sandra Thompson of the FDIC and my local Sheriff's Office. He kept on trying to tell my how realisic his phone call was then put his "Supervisor Attorney" on the phone who told me it was indeed real and they are prosecuting! I told them I give you full permission now stop calling.

No phone calls yet today! So maybe they are at the courthouse filing papers on me!!

The sad part about it is that they COULD present a problem at the workforce with strict personal call rules!

PUULLLEEEZZZE! Does anyone here really think that a Federal Government agency would be wasting their time hunting down people who owe $300 payday loans? I mean, besides Terrence, Kim and Tammara. Also, I would imagine that a REAL government agency would not get on the phone saying they were "Officer Martinez" with an Indian accent! Received a call from this number.  Calimed to be a Federal Task Force Agent.  Needed me to send
$500 in the next 15 minutes to a 347 number or they were taking papers to the court house to have me indicted.  After hanging up on the male caller, I called the burnsville police department.  They said that
if this person has business with me, to have them meet me at the local police station to verify their
credentials.

Look I hope you realy do not believe that crap, since when do you get arrested for an unpaid dept?  They have to take you to court first and the judge decides the action.  These people are from another country thinking that we americans are that dumb to believe such crap, they are laughing at you at the same time they are trying to rob you.  Do not give them any of your personal info, this is a scam.

Kim and Terrence ~ You have lost our mind! This is such a SCAM! I ended up on some list and owe no-one! We think it's a joke at my office. They will not call for about 4 months and then the calls start up again. We can even imitate how they sound. I feel so sorry for the people that get initimidated and send them money. My husband works for the State and my brother in law is a captain at the Sheriff's office and they get complaints all the time. It's extremely annoying but really nothing we can do about it. They do not even live in this country! Sorry to burst your bubble!

I have too received call from the same number and investigated, they are from fedral dept. of crime investigation and law enforcement. they work to consolidate with people to settle debt of fraudulent people and help them in all the ways they can..

A person called my job several times stating it was an emergency. The person stated they were Jason green from state bereau and said I had an outstanding payday loan from the internet. He could not provide me with any information on when the loan was supposedly taken out or how much the loan was for. He was very pushy and rude..... Be aware! Also has a female with thick accent working with him.

This is a scam so do not answer when they call.  They only want you to send them money.

Officer Martinez (man-thick accent) called and said another person used my name as a reference on a payday loan.  He called the lender a "suspect" and said that I would also be considered a suspect since the lender used my name as a reference.  What the heck!! This man is nuttz!! I am not going to call him back and I will record any call that comes from this number.  He's lying, trying to make people think he's with law enforcement, using words like "officer" and "suspect".  I suspect he better look up the words "impersonating a law enforcement officer" before he calls me back!!

Someone claiming to be with the state bureau of new york keep calling my place of employment stating that they are going to be sending papers to my human resources department for a loan made with advance cash usa.  Lady has a thick accent and phone has bad echo.
