I just recieved a call from this number, they are a scam, I called the FBI head office directly, and Gerald Rose is definetly not South Asian, I myself am Indian and I can spot an indian accent when I hear one....

I hope they know how much trouble they are in!

This is the 2nd time

I just found a message on my cell phone from earlier today also saying that they were Gerald Rose of the FBI and that I should call back.  Of course I won't, after seeing the above.   I wonder where they are getting our cell phone numbers
from?  

Don't send that a***ole any money. He ruined my day last week with that phone call & that horrible accent. The real gerald rose does work for the fbi but he is black and is from NY.

was called 11/12/13 from this number by a Gerald Rose regarding a legal matter, no other details. I called later that night and left a message, called again this morning after 9 figuring i would get a human but left a message again before i thought to check it out on my computer. then i did check t out and found a slew of comments that sounded like the same thing i just went through. i have a clean record including no traffic violations, i'm a stay at home mom from a small town and keep to myself. this is unreal! and they called on my cell phone. i have not even received anything regarding any kind of legal matter in the mail - just women's magazines and credit card solicitations. they need to be caught and prosecuted.

This person called me yesterday and I never answer phone numbers I dont know and u never call back unless a message is left. He said he is with the FBI new york division and he needs to speek to me about a legal matter and to call him asap. So I call today and it went stright to voicemail and it was so hard to understand his message that I said that you say you are from new york FBI and I said I have never been to new york and dont understand why N.Y. would be calling me for a legal matter. He still has not called back so we will see.

Did he ask u for money? He didnt get that far with me. I hung up on him.

This man called todayy, saying he Was from the FBI ...and there was a warrant out for my arrest. He wudnt admit to why. He said I did something very bad and im in alot of trouble. I asked repeatedly what is the offense. He said a warrant is being issued for me, 11/13/2013. For bank fraud and check writing fraud. I told him this had to be a hoax ...i dont write checks and have no accts in this name. HEwe responded shocked to this information, but persisted in his hoax. Irene Grun is internet name, only. She doesnt exist in real life and no bank  or checking accts exist, nor any lehal paperwork. He persisted ...i said this information he was using was all off the internet and that wasnt real. Since when does the fbi call to warn u ur being arrested and theyr gonna come to get u???!!! Especially, when u dont exist!  Hes called others and theyv  blogged on his phone sight. He shud b arrested.and throw away.the key!

It happened to me today.

I was called this morning by Mr. Rose.  He told me I was in big trouble!  Which FBI agent would ever warn someone of a pending arrest?  I started to ask him questions about the details and he hung up.  I have the real FBI looking into the matter.    

I just got the same call all of you did.  Isn't there a way to trace this number?? Report to all authorities. DON'T SEND MONEY...

I got the same call from him today but instead of calling him back I went straight to google!! it's a scam. should I just ignore it?

Someone called from this number saying they were the FBI from New York and I needed to call back right away.  they also told me to have a blessed DAy!

Yes!  You need to report it so the authority's have this information. Hopefully some place along the line Karma will come back and bite them..

Same thing just happen to me today

I have a called stating that there it was for an arrest with the different address Rodriguez.  I return the called this agent of the same name stated he was Mrs Rodriguez on a legal matter we did not get any detail about what the legal matter was.  it was obiously did not sound like an agent.

They wanted me to pay 702.00 or get legal which will cost 2600

Got a call a little while ago from this same number claiming to be Gerald rose from FBI. What a joke. Scammer

I got the same message today from FBI agent Rose.  He said he was from the New York division calling about a legal matter.  He said, "Have a blessed day" at the end.  What professional would say that?  Who should I call to report this?

I got the same call. I told them I will have my lawyer call them and they hung up on me.

Person claimed to be FBI agent Rose.

There are a lot posts in the Internet about extortion
attempt from that number.
I called FBI and reported this issue
