I spoke to officer Frank Roberts, who then put me through to his direct superior... Officer Chris Parker. Same deal as you folks. I suddenly started asking questions about the allegations, really just basic questions. And he got very stern and defensive as soon as I mentioned the word extortion. "You better get an 'Advanced' lawyer..." then hung up. What a freak... I just hope they stop calling my work :(

i got several calls from this number. the man said his name was joshua justice. and he was from the financial crimes division. and that i needed to call him back with my soc sec number and bank account number. i have been getting these calls from at least 8 different numbers for over a month.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I missed the call and called back because there was no message and I had no I idea who called or why. He said he was Jack Justice and was looking for someone named Nicole. I told him wrong number and hung up. He called back and proceeded to call me all types of vulgar names and generally just talking crap to me then hung up.

I have received several calls at work in regards to charges that are being brought against me for check fraud and theft. the man's name is Jack Justice with an indian accent. He says he is with the federal dept and will send someone to my home or job to arrest me. When i ask him for more information he says he can't give me info. He has now called me numerous times and has even called and asked to speak to  my manager. When i told him she was out, whihc she is he told me i was trying to run. I finally got a date out of him for the so called transaction and it was last month and i informed him i didn't get a loan last month. He called me back and said he received a call from someone and there might be a mistake. He will research it some more and give me a call back.

A gentlemen called said he was Jack Justice and he was going to send officers to my job and home. He wanted me to call him back. I could not understand what he was saying.

Same info as S. Weber. Officer Jack Justice from Financial Crimes Investigation of the FBI wanting immediate payment or I was going to be arrested and charged with 3 Federal Crimes. Freaked me out since I am a 100% Disabled Vet and would loose all federal benifits if convicted of federal crime. I called the FBI and filed a complaint with them. SCAM...

The man said his name was Jack Justice, sounded like he came from Pakistan.  He told me that I was about to get arrested and he wanted to help me.  He did have my address.  I contacted the local police station and then they gave me the number of the FBI.  I gave both agencies the information about the phone call and they told me it was a scam.

Said his name is James Winston, I owe money, Indian accent. I told him I filed a complaint with the FCC, FBI, US Attorney Generals Office, and the Indian Intelligence Agency. He said Oh My...and hung up.
