OMG the same thing has happened to me. I paid them the first time. It has started again. Same Company ACC or ACS

Invest in a whistle, like the ones used at sporting events. Every time these people call, just blow it really loud into the phone. In fact, when you're bored, call THEM and do it, just for fun. They'll stop. Its been my strategy for a while now. Every 6 months or so I start getting calls again, but once i start taking it to them, they get the hint. Its a scam, through and through. Have fun with it. :)

I have received calls from "Dennis Petersen" of "ACS" on a regular basis since June of 2010.  Since I know that this is not his real name, I'll just call him "Evil Dooer".  His first call a year ago woke me out of a dead sleep and his threats worked on me!  After setting up a payment plan, giving him my debit card number, and after drinking a pot of coffee to wake me up, I took a second look at the payment arrangement form he sent me and realized that it had to be a scam.  I thought I might actually have a debt, but I have since realized that this was not the case.  I immediately called my bank and contested the two charges "Evil Dooer" had, by then, charged against my card.  All requests for proof of the debt I sent to his email address of acsinc.us@gmail.com and requests by my bank over a 60 day period went unanswered, and I got my money back.  A few months later, the calls started up again, and on June 10, 2011 I received a call from the same person, but this time he was calling himself what sounds like "Lester Colts" (not sure of the last name) from "ACC" but again - I"ll just call him "Evil Dooer".  I missed the call, so he left a message for me on my voicemail and threatened my life more than once.  He said that I had a court date and I must appear to answer to three criminal charges.  He then said "this is your final warning" and if I didn't call him back "the situation will be extremely - extremely the worst for you"!  He went on to say that "for the benefit of your safety, I hope you take this call seriously"!  If I didn't call him back he would do something to me that is "completely out of your mind" and he finished by saying "long story short - before I go and screw you up - give me a call back"!  He ended the call by saying he has "two words for me" (no sense of english grammar) which are actually statements - "may God bless you....and may God save you".  The phone number he demanded that I call back on was 646-397-2416.  I'm sure you would agree that this is indeed a few threats, and this time he was gracious enough to threaten me over voicemail so now I have a recording!  I also got a call from a "process server" from the same company just the other day.  This is a scam - a very hardcore scam in which the "evil dooers" are not afraid of the consequences.  Just don't let their threats get to you and REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL and the Federal Trade Commission.  Good luck to you all.

I keep getting calls from this man name denis petersen always calling my job and my home and yes i paid him once didnt no any better now i do. I have rec over 20 mideastern calls saing i owe money and if i dont pay my case will be down loaded tp the courts and i will be arrest. these call say they are from acc,acs dont even no what that stand for, try to call loans company from the website and everyone said i dont have a loan or i pay it. The loans company that i do owe they are all white and they never turn my loan over to any one because i pay them. Please Please someone help me spoke to someone who works at a lawyer office and they ttold me just not answer any calls but these people are really calling my job one even call the corp office so then they had to do another background check to see if i had any warrants out if this happen again i might just lose my job once again please someone help me because i really am getting so many calls from different people all saying the same thing. I have been getting harrassed from a man with a indian accent name Sean Black, Paul Smith and so on.  The most recent call Sean Black threatened my life.  He said he was calling from ACS.  I was told this is a scam that legitimate collectors cannot talk like this.  He said to me get ready to go to jail.

I called the Federal Trade Commission.

I received a call at my job from this # 646-397-2416, person stated they were john hudsin. I them googled number and of course Scam Scam. I am going to report to donot call, bbb, and my State Attorney Generals Office.

I am a Deputy Sheriff and I recieved this call. As soon as I told them who I was and that this is a scam they called me an A** hole and disconnected the phone. This is a scam usually coming from overseas. If you know you did not take out a loan or whatever they are calling about, do not send them any money. They will take it. Most states this is a civil matter and a warrant will not be issued because it is a civil matter not a criminal matter.

OMG this number called me at work more than 15 times today. I told this guy he has to stop calling me at work. He insisted so I called him using my cell and asked who the creditor was their phone number and address so I can verify if the debt is truly owed but he would not give me any info. He said the same thing to me he told me how much I owed and asked if I wanted to take care of it or go to court. I asked for the company he works for their phone number and address so I could mail them a DO NOT CALL letter but he would not give it to me. This phone number is harrassing me. How you gonna call 15 times a day at my job?

I got a call saying that I was bring brought to court from payday loan company with a company I dont even have a loan with.   when I brought up police, he quickly shortened conversation and just asked if I wanted to pay or go to court...when I said I wasnt paying, this man with accent hung up

a guy by the name of ofc. james wilson a***hole.  told me a owed funds told him to send it in the mail of any case file he told me i will cut you up and send you in the mail.  hung up.  he claims he was from ACS at this number.

I am getting calls from this group stating that I made payday loan with a company and did not pay them back, which is not true.  They are wanting me to send them $343.00 to stop court action.  My person also had a strong Indian accent and his name was James Wilson - badge #27642.  I would also like to see legal action taken against this group.

these people keep calling me i have back tracked it to white plains, ny.  they call and sometimes they are a law firm, or an officer working for the irs or national treasury, or cash advance america and if you ask for a superviser they will hang up on you.  they told me i need to send them $200 to be put on a no call list.  i have reported them to the fbi and local authorities.  they are very rude and don't have a problem raising their voice at you.  the only real way to get them to leave you alone is to call them and keep calling them until they get the point to not call back.

We have been receiving calls from a Donald Jackson with ACS.  He has also used the alias of Samuel Jones.  I put him on speaker phone for others to listen to his foul mouth, making lewd suggestions and comments.

This is a place of business and we limit personal calls to a minimum.  I would like to have this man arrested for asking me if I would like to "suck his ----" among other things.  I just work here and I believe I should not have to listen to this person or any other that represents this company, considering I have nothing to do with it.

I would like an apology at the very least.
