How do yu report these calls

They want to sell you their lousy credit card processing equipment and services.  Although they will deny up and down that they are selling anything when they harass us.

This robo call comes in several times a day, for "Merchant Services Credit Card Processing"  Press "0" to take advantage and "8" to pass I had kept pressing '8" everytime they called, then today I pressed "0" to take advantage and be connected to an operator. When the guy finally came on the line I told him we were on the Do Not Call Registry and he said so what and hung up on me-JERK!

What do they want?
They call 4 times a day !

Illegal robocall from those rat b*****ds known as Merchant Services.  They have been calling me for years and I report each and every call since they have been told to stop numerous times.  It's super easy to file FTC complaints.

just got off the phone with the FBI and FTC filed a report that 646-400-0402 told me a death treat to me and my family.  each time they call me they are tracing the number.  soon it will end..     cool fbi is now calling me back     will post soon

We just signed up to accept credit cards and how we are getting calls from Merchant Services, which isn't the company we signed up with. They are saying that our rates are going up Oct 1. Checked with my company and it's not them. These are people who just want to waste a business person's time and tie up they phone and answering machine.

called twice within 3 min. Recorded message about Update your.... thats when I hung up. as always , if it was important a "Real Voice" would be on the other end.

They call at least once a day at my work. First silence then a recorded message. Sometimes its about Merchant Services. Sometimes its about ads. The one thing that is consistant, its pure b.s.

I keep getting calls from this number, it is automated, and cannot get them to stop.

I keep getting calls from this number/service.  I recently moved and received a new phone number which I found out used to belong to a business.  Now these people won't stop calling.  I guess I have to take drastic measures!!

This # is from Merchant Services.  They want you to upgrade your credit card equipment.

THESE CALLS ARE HARRASSING.  EVEN AFTER REQUESTING TO BE REMOVED FROM CALL LIST (FOR MONTHS) STILL GETTING CALLS EVERYDAY AND SOMETIMES 2 TO 3 TIMES A DAY. DIALED 0 TODAY AND AND ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM LIST AGAIN AND WAS ASKED IF I HAD SANG JINGLEBELLS. OR TO SAY PRETTY PLEASE AND HAD A PRETTY GOOD SHOOTING THE DOZEN. THEN AFTER I HUNG UP HE CALLED BACK.  THIS IS A BUISNESS AND THESE CALLS TIE UP OUR LINES AND ARE HARRASMENT. GOINNG TO PRESS CHARGES IF IT CONTINUES.

I get 2-3 calls per day from this number, which is an automated message. They are very annoying and I want them to stop!

Yep, same story here.  Recording.  It's like they're just begging you to press 8 to be taken off their list.  Go go on, press 8.  Please press 8.  Hah!!

STOP calling our business you are disrupting our business!!!!!

I get them too most recent today - message is to press 8 if I want to be removed from the list but then I get told that is not a valid option.

I get sooo many calls from Merchant account salesman but most of them at least talk to me when I select the number they ask for, so I an chew them out.  When I first started my company, (B&B) it was hard to GET an account, now it too easy - there is probably a app for that. Every morning, it rings - sometimes twice BEFORE we are up in Hawaii. Does no good to report them to the DNC people. I am giving up my land line the second I sell this business- and talk to people every day  ho ready too. You would think the phone companies would figure out a way to stop this crap-

They call us every single day as well (small cafe with limited employees) and these merchant service companies are the MOST annoying. The cold calls need to stop! No, we will not switch! I have Comcast at my business and there is a call block feature with them (*60). Not sure about other carriers. Good Luck

these people call EVERYDAY nonstop.  It is such a hassle because we are a small dental office with limited staff.  When they call, my assistant has to deglove and unmask and pick up these useless calls!!!  They should pay for my overhead!
why do they think they will accomplish?  isnt it a waste of time?  BECAUSE they are so annoying even if I wanted merchant services...I'll keel over before I sign up with these people....
Is there anyway to stop them? My cell phone can selectively block these numbers but my office can't...or can it?

Merchant Services calling again...at least 5 times a week.  Caller ID has no name but latest address was just NY, NY

Calls 3 or 4 times a week. Phone rings forever!. Will I answer after 10 rings? no. Will I answer after 15 rings? NO! Will I answers after 20 rings? H@** NO!, Will I answers after 25 rings, WTF?

This same voicemail has come up about 15 times on my phone, each time from a different number.  Good thing I'm on the DO NOT CALL list.  It works as well as everything else the government gets involved in.  Not at all.

These pricks call me often and I never answer. I hate these BULLS**T calls from A$$HOLES!!!

I dont't want this phone call me every day

I got a lot of calls from this number with both a recorded message and a real person saying they are from "Merchant Services" and that my credit card rates are increasing and they can help me lower costs. Every time I either hung up or, if speaking to a real person, told them I was not interested, was on the NO CALL list, and requested they remove me from their list. One one occasion the person on the phone replied "OK, I'll call you tomorrow". Since then I have been receiving recorded solicitations on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day. When I dial "0" as instructed to speak to an operator, someone picks up the phone and says nothing, then hangs up! I am now obviously being targeted with harrassing phone calls by someone working at this company. Today I called the number and asked for a supervisor. I told him about the situation and he said that he totally understood and he would see that I was not botherted again. 15 minutes later I get another recorded solicitation! I have been reporting the calls to the National No Call List and have even contacted my local phone company but there is nothing they can do to block long distance calls. I wonder if anyone else has been targeted in such a way by "Merchant Services".
