These guys keep calling so i bought an air horn.  Now when they call, i press 1 and as soon as they come on the line i plug my ears and let the air horn rip right in the microphone.  I hope they go deaf

This company has been calling for months.   It always leaves the same recording that "This is your final notice and opportunity to lower your interest card rates.  Please press 1 to speak to an operator now, etc. etc.'  

It is really a scam and fraud - particularly since when the person comes on, they don't even know what credit card the call is referenced to.  So anyone receiving the call will likely think that it's a legitimate call from whatever credit card they have -  and then the company (or con artist) can ask for the person's credit card, expiration date, etc.

This whole thing is a big fraud and should be cut off -  but they probably scam thousands more every single day.

HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM THIS # SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN CALLING THE # BACK, GET A RECORDING THAT CALLS CANNOT BE RECEIVED AT THIS TIME...I PRESS 221 TO GET AN OPTION TO LEAVE MY #. I PUT THE # IN FOR THE FCC, HAVE DONE IT SEVERAL TIMES.

PLEASE DO IT!!! there are dozens of calls from this number on different websites!! They can't be allowed to do this!

on do not call list, and received call from this number several times with a recorded message... finally I did press 1 and got someone on the phone, who refused to give me any company info then proceeded to use fowl language at me... These sob's need to be stopped so I have filed a complaint on do not call registry website

Keep getting calls from this number.  I am on the do not call registry and this will not stop these people.

Via a "spoofing" service, these criminals can actually make any number they want appear on your caller ID to hide their actual location. When you call the number back, you either get a busy signal, no answer, or a recorded message because you weren't actually called by a "646" number.

If you are getting calls or texts from this number, odds are you are or will shortly be getting calls from other random numbers as well...the truth is, they are all coming from the SAME ID theft operation abroad. When you block one of their "spoofed" numbers, they just make up another one to show up on your caller ID...no one in NY, Idaho, Florida, Texas...podunk USA... is making these calls

unsolicited call for lowering my credit. my number on the 'do not call list

Called twice from these two numbers (646-407-3256 and 785-506-7855) got as far as "please remove" before they hung up.  Reported to FCC

We are on the no call list but continue to get this phone call, 'last chance to get a lower rate' call.  Probably had 20 to 30 last chances so far. Ugh!

No instruction as to what number to push to prevent further calls.

This is the 3rd call today from these scammers. The first 2 times they used an 800 number. I know it is the same people because the same exact message and voice called all three times. Howeverthe last time the called they used a what appears to be a cell phone. I actually spoke to someone this time because they usually just hang up on me. He asked if I wanted to speak to a rep in order to lower my interest rate. When he finished his spiel and asked me how he could help me, I told him that he could help me by removing my number from his computer and his spammer list. He immediately hung up on me. I instantly redialed that number. I then get a message that this mailbox was closed and not taking messages.

This number continues to call after I asked to be placed on their do not call list.

am on do not call registry and reported this dumbo 6 months ago.  still getting calls about credit card crap.  why use the "do not call" list?  Never helps me.

Had it with the doofuses that call & ldon't leave a freakin' msg!!  If I'm not able to take the call, & they don't leave a c/b #, how do you expect they are going to sell anything??  They call every day, sopmetimes 2 or 3 times!! Got a phone call from this number - they kindly will save me money on my credit card debt (of which I have none).  David comes on the phone - I tell him I am on the do not call list - he gets smart - I tell him to shut up and he tells me f*** you b***h.  Scum of the earth.  Later today another call from the same number.  We are also on the do not call list.

This was a "press 1 to lower your interest rates" call.

I pressed 1 and told the woman not to call again, that I was on the Do Not Call List.

She said "F*** you, bi***!"

That was a surprise! They usually just hang up!

Got a call from them yesterday and I pressed the number 1 and got a live person; I told them that they called the law office and the guy on the other end said nice one, really. I told him that I was on the no call list and told them to stop calling, he said "We won't", so I said then please stop calling while I was with his wife. He got really mad and I told him she was really nice and everything and then I hung up on him.

1.) They are using cellphones to Robocall.
2.) Use an internet based free "SMS Text Messaging" service to send their cell 1,000 characters.
3.) Thousands of users sending 1,000 character text messages each hour of the day will bankrupt their operation in short order.

This is very upsetting to we older people.

I get at least two calls a week from these people, despite asking them every single time to take me off their call list.  The last few times, the person on the other end hung up on me before I could even finish my request.

I'm on the no-call list too - pressed "1" to speak to a representative to tell them to remove me from their list.  As soon as I said that, he hung up on me!
