Number given by cold telemarketing boiler room operation claiming to be Monitronics, and General Electric representatives.  Scam is for 'free' GE home security systems.  Company claims to be in Providence, RI but gives 646 367-8179, 646 367-8175, and 646 413-1433 as phone numbers.  Cell phone caller ID shows 401 123-4321 (also appearing on other scam alert number websites).  Likely identity theft scam as they want personal information to complete the deal.
