What happened last week?

Anyone have any updates on this lawsuit? I believe they were in court last week.

The company has a habit of NOT paying its own employees on time or NOT paying them at all. The company with the habit of NOT paying its own office rent $$$?  LOL.   Where the 20.000.000 number is coming from?

Eric and Dave's greed got the better of them. They got off easy when they screwed over Barlow and Arriolla, but Melvin apparently isn't going to have any of it.

At the least Melvin is going to expose the companies (qt, medcom, pure minutes) for what they are.

The lawsuit will result in an accounting of assets. We will be able to see how much of the companies revenue and how much of the shareholder funds were diverted to themselves.

The documents will all be public record, and published on the ny ecourt civil supreme web site. I will post them here for the investors who read here.

The investors will have the evidence they need to contact a lawyer who specializes in fraud.

You.... Well you are most likely some young kid or sleazy old man living in a near third world country pushing fraudulent securities. You will just find another to sell. You needn't worry there is always someone looking to scam money from people.

As far as pure minutes, qt talk, qt globe, medcom or whatever name it will become... It is most likely over for them as a scam. As a team they have crumbled and turned on each other. As a corporation they are exposed to over $8 million in liabilities they can not cover.

And as far as that money gram agreement, well.... I'll let you figure out what they are doing now that they are aware of the lawsuit.

Defendants David Cooper and Eric Ramos have secreted and diverted corporate assets, and have caused the corporations to incur substantial losses,  and are unable to pay their investors or meet their obligations with creditors.

Item 112 of the lawsuit:

Defendants David Cooper and Eric Ramos breached their fiduciary duties to Plaintiff when they engaged in illegal conduct and defrauded off-shore investors.

item 56 of the complaint:

Upon information and belief,  defendants engaged in a fraudulent scheme against their offshore investors, deceiving them that QT Talk would soon register and trade as a publicly traded company, while being fully aware they would not register.

According to the lawsuits complaint:

"David Cooper and Eric Ramos, wastefully expended and improperly diverted salaries to themselves, whist witholding salaries to other officers"

"willfully witheld profits from shareholders"

"witholding payments to vendors"

"failing to meet rental and lease  obligation for QT Talk's commercial space"

"deliberately and secretly diverted profits"

breach of contract: plaintiff (Melvin) signed contract with D Cooper and Ramos stating  that if he stepped down he would be reinstated several months later, they did not reinstate him.  LOL!

There is the demand for a full outside accounting of Qt.
