call came at 11am, this time a "recorded" message came through - final notice as relates to financial stimulus.

I feel your pain. This has been going for over two months. I just got 2 phone calls from them in the past hour. I am so mad. I want a lawyer and a lawsuit against these people.

Same thing happens with me--they hang up when I politely ask to be removed...or, when I call back and supposedly being connected to a "customer service rep," I eventually get a recording saying that all reps are busy and then to leave a message...yeah, right--as if they listen to messages. I've tried doing their automated phone number removal too--of course nothing works. What is MOST annoying--on top of the repeated calling--is the recorded message that sounds threatening "this is your LAST call"--if only that were so!

weekly calls from them......they refuse to take my number off their list.....very annoying.......I don't answer when I see Card Services......Help FCC, these guys have to be stopped.....

got robo-call from Card Services again from 646-417-9513 on Thursday 12-06-12 @517 PM. Had hoped they had "lost my Number" - NO such luck. The recording started their spiel about lowering Interest and we just HUNG up.

These people should be imprisoned with Charles Manson as a cellmate. I wish I could find out exactly who they are and where they are. Anybody got any information of that sort?

This time I just pressed *1*, and then when the live voice came on, I blew a whistle into the phone full-blast.

Received this call on my cell phone at 8:57 PM tonight. No message, of course. Just added it to the list of numbers that call all hours of day and night. Fortunately, not too many show up on the cell phone.

Have received this call multiple times and have requested to be removed from their calling list. They do not respond to this request. I have reported them several times to the Federal Trade Commission without any result. The Federal Trade Commission is a joke and so is the Do not Call List. I would recommend everyone correspond with their Federal Representative and request why they do not enforce this law. After all, over 47,000,000 citizens asked for this regulation, and little, if nothing has been done about it. The fines are substantial, and the Federal Government could gain substantial $$$$ by enforcement. If you see the statistics, they get about 200,000 complaints per month, and prosecute less than 10,000 per year. CM

This same message regarding "Important information regarding your credit card......." is played each time.... with the same voice recording! When I push the correct number to speak with a representative, they hang up when I politely tell them that we are on the "no call list" and that they must take us off their calling list. I can never finish my sentence before they hang up. Driving me crazy!!!!!!!!
