Yesterday, 10/8/13 I received a call from a guy with an accent saying that we won 1.5 mill from PCH. And we need to get the card from a pharmacy to pay the taxes. It sounded real, but when I started to question, he started to get an attitude and got very upset. I enjoyed cussing the b*****d to the fullest extent for trying to scam me. Can these people not be caught?

Make that a Turkey Sandwich I just got scammed for $425 dollars The caller asked if I had received any mail from PCH and when I said yes he reeled me in. He requested I purchase a PayPal Money Pak Scratch Card and call him with the numbers so he could alert the IRS of my winnings and receive a # for my check and then he could deliver my Million Dollar Check and the first installment of my 5000 checks  I would receive every Sat for the rest of my life.
Then he asked me to "insure the checks so they could cross state lines and deliver it .
It finally dawned on me I had been had.

States you have won the Publishers Clearing House for 1.5 million dollars and a new red 2013 Mercedes.  What you must do is go to your local pharmacy and purchase a Green Dot Card for the amount of 495.23.  then there will be a UPS driver and to FBI officers that will come to your door and give you your winnings and you give them the pre paid card for TAXES!!!  This is a scam, he says his name is Mark Merchant and his phone number is 1-646-434-7953.

Its a scam to get you to pay the shipping, tax or what ever they can think of on the "prize" you won. The only prize is the padding of there pocketbook.

Who is this person/organization.
I listed to their 'claims' for about 20 min.
Very skeptical.
