Same story about my car for sale on craigslist, he wanted to buy for his son and his shipper will come pick it up once the money has cleared, and hes offshore SCAMMER

Received the same as of today! Total scam!
Said he was working off shore and it was for his son. Said to give him my pay pal info.. And his shipper can get it as soon as the money clears in my account.. good thing I Google everything! Omg. What a b****ead.

"john" contacted me about craigslist post and did the same as above. Asked for my paypal email (probably to send a phone email saying item was paid for) and then told me he'd send me money that I would need to send to his shipper. He can't do it because he's offshore. Scam!!

I believe this is a scammer!  Wanted my PayPal email, my name, and other information.

I just had a similar response from this phone number.  The conversation was via text only.  Similar result, but I didn't take it far since I google'd the phone number and found the previous post.  Thank you for reporting.

This caller inquired about an item I have for sale on craigslist, saying they were "offshore" and could only use paypal .....the caller eventually wanted money for their "shipper" to come pick up the item. Absolute scam!!!
