Does anyone know who this is?

I just received a call from Officer Brown - Said I was facing 3-5 years in jail!  What do they want?  He didn't ask me anything other than do I wish to appear in county court?

I got a call and call back claim to be a Payday Loan Company Business say's that I ripped them off.
This person stolen my ID info from some fake Pay loan web site now saying filled a court order to pick me up and put me in jail with out proof the Police can not do any thing at this time.Then there saying law suit without a contract to show me any info of proof of income or money. { This a scam business must report it to FTC.gov }
I need a lawyer soon !

I got the same call a man named John who doesn't speak decent English. He states he is calling from Financial Investigations. I advised that I will press charges for harassment if the calls don't stop.

This is a scam!! I got a call from a person with a heavy indian accent claming to be an officer for financial investigating. These people are very rude and have all of my information. They call all the time on my cell and work line. They are claiming that I have a payday loan out that was not repaid and that an 'officer' is coming to my palce of business. I informed them that I did not have one out and please stop calling. They told me that they were not going to stop and they were coming to arrest me.

I did a little research online and found the building that they were calling from and told him that if the calls do not stop I would report them for harrassment and gave him the address. They hung up and have started calling again from a different number.

Do not give them any informaiton, this is a scam. Do not be fooled by them giving you your information. I fell for this once and I am stll paying for it.
