Received a voice mail from a lady that I couldn't understand, the caller id showed an overseas number, but she left this number. Called it back & a guy named "Richard" answered the phone saying he was an officer from the legal services division, told him I know this is a scam & to quit calling me. His response was well since you know the consequences then I won't go into it with you, told him I receive calls like this a lot & I'm tired of it, & if he wants to try to "sue" me, to Bring It On, he said he won't call again & I will see the full force of the threat when I get sued, told him to bring it again, & hung up on him. This is a huge scam from India or Pakistan, do not pay a dime.

the number that has been calling me is 646-470-1679......i told the guy i was very computer literate and because of his constant harrassment i was able to place his location.. the guy said you will never find me and hung up...i called back a few minutes later and had a friend of mine talk on the phone pretending to be a police officer and the phone said it was out of service...man these guys really need to get a life

I got a call from a woman calling herself Quira Anderson from 646-470-3689 on 12/22 at my office saying she was having be arrested for not paying something.  I asked her several times what she was calling about and to fax me a copy of whatever she was looking at.  She started cussing at me and told he they were coming on Christmas Day to arrest me.  This morning, 12/27 I received a call from Mark Murphy at 850-668-9064, another foreign speaking person, saying he was sending his investigative team to arrest me.  When I asked what he was calling about, that I had not received any notice or a subpoena an had no idea what he was calling about he got beligerant and started yelling and hung up.  I called the Leon County Sheriff's office and spoke to a Deputy Brown giving him the story and was advised if they call again to let it go to voice mail and get all the information I could.  In the meantime, I looked up the 850-668-9064 phone number using Intellis and found it was a local Tallahassee phone, using two completely different addresses and the phone was not in service when I tried the number.  I hope they catch these people because they scared me to death.

I keep getting these calls from an unknown number. They left a message today with this call back number. An Indian-ish sounding accent from a Kathy Wilson Yelling into my voicemail about how me or my attorney better call her back today. And if I don't call her back that all she can do is wish me good luck as this situation unfolds on me.
I'm surprised people can get away with this stuff. Some people might not be as savvy to check it out and actual send these pyschos money. No reputable collection company would treat people this way.

I just received a phone call from +052312293.  The lady had a heavy Indian accent.  I told her I was at work and had to call her back.  I asked for her name, the name of the company she represented and a call back number; Maria Jones from Legal Form Association and the call back was 646-470-3689.  Bunch of BS and scammers!

Received a voice mail message last night on cell phone from Andy Thomas.  The caller ID showed UNAVAILABLE, but the call back number he left in his message was 646-470-3689.  Same script:  if you don't call back, or I do not hear from your Attorney, all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you.  Well, this time Andy sounded much different.  Still had the same India accent, but this time he sounded like he was really, really sick.  Maybe it's payback time for Andy and he's getting what he deserves.  This guy is scum and his call is a SCAM!

Also, when I called back, it says the "google voice subscriber is not available"

I received a threatening voice message from an unknown number at my job.  Andy Thomas was his name and he told me to call immediately or have my attorney call.  He said we should call back 646-470-3689 and if not he wished me luck in my future because he could not help me after this morning.

these iddiots never even called me but i called him and b.s them and without even knowing who i am said i had a lawsuit for 475.00 that i had to take care of today. these guys are fun to bother i harass them just like they harass every one else i was actually able to get the number of someone they were trying to scam and stopped her from sending them 898.00 dam towelheads

This company called my job, early in the morning asking my supervisor about me, told her that this is a law office I need to call them, ok wait for the call...so if you see this number 646-470-3689 don't answer....fake a** law office....

I just got this same call a few minutes ago. This time, her name was "Veronica". She said I was being sued for not paying back a loan. She wouldnt let me speak with her supervisor, and hung up when I insisted. I then called back, and once I gave my name, she hung up on me.

Rec'd a call on my cell from "Unknown".  I didn't answer, but he left a message.  He said his name was Andy Thomas.  Well, Andy Thomas has a very thick India accent.  He stated that there is a lawsuit against my name and SS# and that the issue at hand is very time sensitive and that if I or my retained attorney do not call him back, he can only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds.  SCAM!!!!  It sounds like they are pretty hard up now that Christmas is just around the corner.  The call back number he left was 646-470-3689.  It will be a cold day in H*LL before I call him back.  I hope he rots away while waiting for my call.

I am with you, my wife just went through the same thing.  I will book my ticket with yours!!  Let's go get a collection of turbins!!  I just called and left a very rude message back to them, and at the end I even told them "God Bless you"!!!

Maybe we should all just keep calling this number back and harrass them the way they harrass us!!!

I received a called from an UNKNOWN number and the person at my house took a message. I called this number back and the woman who answered hung up.  An hour later received a call from UNKNOWN caller and they advised I had defaulted on a payday loan from Advance Payday and was going to be sued unless I paid the $250 back that I borrowed.  I explained I know nothing about this and they claimed that I borrowed the money in September and was suppose to pay it back in November of this year.  My husband told me not to give them any information.  Then the guy hung up when he heard my husband.  We checked the number and found these postings!!  I am appauld and surprised this happens they almost had me, if it were not for my husband I would have been hung!!  Thank you honey!!

They called and left a threatening voicemail for my wife stating that they wished her good luck as all of this unfolded on her (Leon Kennedy). I called back and informed them that they picked the wrong one and that I was not above hopping on a plane to Bangladash and "unfolding" my foot in their a**. Very rude people and I do not understand how they get away with this type of behavior and fraud. Ridiculous.

I got a call from a guy that sounded foreign, maybe India or Pakistan....he said he was froma legal dept of some company , he didnt identify who, and that he was going to bring a lawsuit against me unless I paid him 500 doll.., scam,scam scam...dont give them a dime, tell them if they want money they need to work, just like we do......

Recieved a call from this person from india she has called numerous times for myself and my husband and says that this is legal action against us and when i said that this was a scam she hung up. How do we stop them from calling. Also they dont answer when you call them back and the message says they are a google subscriber.

This is a bogus call from a company stating they are a collection service.  The gentlemen's name is Leon Kennedy.  They have bits and pieces of your information which they got off the internet and they are trying to get you to give them your bank information by threatening you with a lawsuit that is about to be filed against you, and are willing to settle for an amount usually $500.  SCAMMERS...... DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  They have foreign accents and use bogus names and numerous phone numbers to harass you.
