I have continued to receive ridiculous calls from the people who present a dire future if I don"t send money.  Of course it is a scam.  They claim I have pending charges concerning a loam.  If I don't pay $6,000.00 I will face ruin.  Jail, loss of my home.

One caller would reduce the cost today to $500. if I paid with a debit card.  I have received over 100 phone calls.  I have filed complaints through my phone carrier, local authorities, the FCC and the FBI.  It just will not stop.  They use random numbers and sometime come up with no number or 000.  I believe those are the people who have not learned to use the device that disguises the number calling.

Please don't engage these people.  The minute you sense it.  Hang up!

I received a call from LLC Law Offices stating I had 3 cases pending against me and the paper work would be done by Monday and an officer would come to my place of employment and arrest me.  They said I didn’t pay the loan back.  I knew I did and keep telling them that.  When I asked him, which company hired them to file the paper work he said, it was for the loan you didn’t pay back and now they closed the account as I stole the money.  I asked him if I could settle they quickly said yes for $1,295.  If I give them my card if they would settle.  I went ahead and paid them.  I was nowhere near a computer and because I couldn’t afford them to come to my place of employment, I did it!!!!  Then I get to a computer and see THEY ARE FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!  I called my bank and reported them.  I also called the LLC Law Office requesting the paper work and they said they couldn’t give me copies.  So I start reading to him what I see on here about how FAKE they are and he got mad and said I don’t have to hear this and then says he will reinstate my cases and within 10-15 business days I will get my money back.  We all know that WONT be happening!  Hopefully my bank will get them!

I received a call from this company and they kept repeating my name and told me that this is time sensitive.  If I do not return their call, that I am wished good luck for what will happen to me.  The caller's name is Robert Kennedy and clearly he is Indian.  They call from an Unknown number and did not advise the company they were calling from.  BE CAREFUL!!!!

This is obviously a scam.  I have received several calls from these people that I let go to voice mail.  Finally today, I decided I'd actually talk to them.  I ended up getting some entertainment out of it when the person named "Chris Lee" (obviously assumed considering his accent) started stammering and stuttering because I was challenging him on everything.  When he said he was with the Department of Consumer Affairs, I couldn't help but laugh out loud at him. He just kept sticking to his spiel that I had legal charges pending and I would have to deal with it Monday morning at 11.  I asked him where exactly, to which he replied, "In your state somewhere".  "Really?  You know the exact time but not the location?  What courthouse please so I can make sure that I'm there?"  At which point he hung up on me.

And just today they are now showing as 0000.  I think they finally figured out how to block their numbers.  Most of these appeared to have been disposable cell phones as the numbers are not in service when I call them back, except for the first one.

If your life is so bad that you have to resort to doing things like this to try and make money, then perhaps you shouldn't be part of the human gene pool....

This number called me a work saying they was from consumer affairs

They called me at work and said I had a law suit pending and they would be at my workon Tuesday to pickme up for a loan I never reapyed. I told the man that I had never gotten a loan on line. He then said that he wnated to speak with my manager at work to tell themabout the 3 charges I was facing because I had stolen money from them. He said his name was Frank Foster but could hardly understand him with his accent. They said they were with Cash Partners of America. I told him I wanted proof of all chrages against me so that I could let my lawyer take care of things for me. He got real definsive and said if the charges weren't real then why would someone hire a lawyer to sue me. Then he hung up.

I got the same call just to let you all know keep calling them back tell them you have a open law suit on them for farud. try to get info off them ask them about everything you can and ask if they are a lawer and whats there lic. number. I did this to them all day after I got that call and told them that they have missed with the wrong person.

Got a call at my work stating that i was being accaused of stealing monies, had  my e-mail address, part of ss number. tried calling back no ans were to voice mail.  first person to call was a Charles Green next was a lady ???????? name Nocole. Do not let them get what they want MONIES MONIES.

I love it! I think everyone should have a little fun at their expense! See how many times you can get them to hang up on you or to say horible nasty explitatives to you. While laughing at them. I actuall had him tell me I must be bored! Yep I was. And they said I was pschotic and needed medication. Hmmmmm??? Do people actually fall for this stuff?

This number just started calling me a couple of days ago.  They tell me the same thing, that I am guilty of a felony and that someone is going to show up at my place of employment, and that I am going to loose my job.  I actually challenged them and told them I would call back in a few days when no one showed up at my home or office.  I started laughing at them and he yelled expletives in my ear and hung up on me.  Definately a scam so I decided to have a little fun at their expense and the gentleman who says his name is Alex Walker became furious.  Don't buy into ANYTHING these people tell you.

keeps calling my work and saying, i am guilty and i have charges agaist me and that i need to pay back money i owe

I just received a call today 10 May 2011. This number claims to be a law firm and states that I have felony charges that are going to court. The company states that I too have accepted money into my bank account and the charges total over $6000. I do believe that if I had to appear in a court case that I would at least receive a letter. Could this so called company possibly be a scam. Yes.. I would like them to stop calling me..

This company calls my moms house and claims she is guilty of several felonies.They claim to be attorneys but you can clearly hear it's a phone room.First of all my mother is deceased. They have some personnal information about her like name of banbk etc. They accuse her of excepting money into her bank account from a fraudulent company and they plan to press charges. Good luck loosers. These people are scammers and low lifes.
