Said i need to have my attorney call him immediately or face the consequences LOL!!! sooo i type number in on google to.see if number was reported to any scams cuz i could barely understand "Eric" so i find this site...but he is not even smart enough to change up the story LOL.. so tata for now maybe we meet again in the morn in jail....hahahaha LOL

Same thing has happened to me the last couple of days but yet he has my bank account info and tells me he is gonna send his authorities to arrest me from my job and they were gonna fu*$ me in my a $$ and I was a worthless bi***. Call me again you will be sued you pathetic F***!!!

Received a call on my cell and work phone from this number. Left a message on my voicemail stating his name was Attorney Eric Foster (who sounded like a foreigner reading from a script) and that if I or my attorney didn't get in contact with him, then good luck because I will be arrested pending investigation.  Whatever.... Blocked his number....

I had message on my voicemail from these jers who had called 3 times. It stated " Do not disregard this message,time sensitive, you will be arrested". So I called back and they wanted my husband who was not available at the time. I said regarding what. The guy with heavy accent whose voice is same as other scammers we get calls from, said" He is prime suspect in a crime". I asked what type of crime and he said he has to speak with my husband. I tell him no. He said then say good bye cause he will be arrested. I then ask what county will be sending cop to my door and he won't answer. So then I tell him attorneys do not call people and say they will have you arrested that where I live if there is a summons sheriffs  office delivers those without a phone call and if there were an arrest warrant, the cops show up without calling and do it. I then told him my husband has never had a record but that I have recorded the phone call and will be turning over to the lice and when I am finished the person calling will have a police record for fraud and impersonating an attorney. He hung up.

Just got this message from Atty Eric Foster (who speaks VERY broken english).  I am NOT calling them back.  He can keep calling all he wants to. This is ridiculous!!

There is nothing to collect on for any of you. He will never disclose a creditor nor an account number because THERE IS NONE! If you pay him, you are just giving money for nothing. You cannot get arrested for debt! Do be fooled. Nothing to fear! This guy and his partners in crime have called me from several different spoofed caller ID numbers for months. Just block the calls or don't answer the calls.

I have gotten the same call/ voicemail every day for the last year and have yet to be arrested.. Guy is the biggest scam artist and just wants everyone's money do not give in to him call local law enforcement and attorney general to report him!

been receiving calls form this scumbag Eric Foster who says he is an attorney...I am sure he is not and he probably cannot even spell it. I have reported the number to the Federal Trade Commission....I advise everyone else do the same...he attempts to threaten a person for payment...they want you to pay with a pre-paid card...it is crazy.....will not give you the name of the company....he threaten to have me arrested and I laughed at him and hung up.

Just got the same call on two separate numbers BEFORE 8 am my time zone which is the first clue it's a scam because it's illegal to call this early. Same exact wording like they are reading off a script or something. These people are so stupid that if my attorney DID call back they wouldn't know what to do. Karma will get these people. Remember - debt is civil, not criminal, so even if you had defaulted on a loan, you CANNOT be arrested!  And just like process servers, cops do not announce when they are going to visit - they just show up.

Your caller is a foreign extortionist scammer - he can't do zip to you.  You may want to print up this thread (or some of it) and give to your HR Dept and/or manager, so they know you're being harassed by a scammer.

OMG this man has been calling my office and stating everything everyone has said above.  He keeps on claiming that this is his last try and that I will be arrested tomorrow.  I almost had a heart attack I almost called him back since I did get scammed one time so now I always check on line.

He said that I needed to give him 500.00 in order for me not to get arrested. He said to get a money pack in any 7/11 or walgreens then to call him back with the 14 digit number that he was giving me one hour! That if I fail to do this he was going to have me arrested by tomorrow!

A man with an Indian/Pakistani accent identifying himself as an attorney named Eric Foster called me. He had a very abusive manner and threatened me with arrest. Unless I can get (a) the name of the alleged creditor and (b) something in writing, I'm ignoring this jerk.
