Anything that would have been a loan from them which I've got and cause of them trying to do the same thing would be direct deposited into your bank account. If I were you I would tell them go ahead and take me to court I'll see you there because your bank statements should show that they never made a deposit to your account. The bank should have been on file for 7 years and it said but that person right in their place. I would assume they would just give up at that point But if you have to go any further than so be it.

These ppl are frauds. They couldn't give me any info when i asked the loan company's name, when funds were deposited or a number. I told him to take me to court and show me that deposit. The guy told me that his name was Jason Cooper. Asked him for his branches phone number and he hung up.

David Jones is one of them..I got several calls myself from this exact person.  The nerve of people.  I hope they call again so I can gather more information to give to the police here..lol

This number keeps calling my home every minute. I can be on the phone with them and the same number is calling a beeping in on my call waiting. I have told them the person they are wanting is not here and to call back tomorrow but they keep calling and laughing. When they leve a message, they talk about a warrent and God Bless. What a joke!!!!

CALLS AT WORK THREATENING ME THAT THEY ARE LEGAL OFFICERS

I applied for payday loans, NEVER accepted them once I got out of the desperation stage and saw the interest and payback amounts last week. Started getting phones calls off THE HOOK! This last one from 646-499-5911 made my jaw drop. An "attorney" by the name of "Michael Smith" said it was urgent that my husband or his attorney call back asap because of legal action being taken against him! There were 2 calls with in 5 minutes and both he left my husband FULL SS number...now our voice mail doesn't state a name, just the number and leave a message. So smart a** me, called back (*67) and stated I was his attorney and what was this about. He wanted my bar number(they are catching on) I told him I was on my lunch break and had to go to my office and get it.  I then called back AFTER he had told me the name of the company..Oh and by the way the person I talked to when I called was a "Frances Lane". I looked up the name of the company he gave me"United Nations Legal Department" and saw all the scams about this so called company. I then called the FTC and talked to a very nice lady and she laughed when I gave her the name he gave me. She said that they have gotten a lot of calls about these people. So I filed a report and she gave me a number to alert credit reporting agencies. I then called him back again, cuz I was pi**ed off. I told him I would not disclose my bar number because I looked up the name and number and it was reported as a scam. I then told him that I had already reported to the FTC. He wanted a fax number to fax the paperwork to prove it, but I wasn't giving him ANY info! I then told that he may think he is getting away with it because he is in a different country, but there is no person that I could think of with a name like Michael Smith or Frances Lane with that thick of an accent. He asked me when did I become a language expert haha! I told him that I was reporting this to other agencies also and even though he was in a different country, we are the USA and there will be a time that we can get this scam to stop. I also asked him why they did this and he said because "We get paid for it"! Also I was talking about this to my 15 year old son and he made a smart suggestion, if this is in India, can't they contact India's version of Secret Service or whatever they have there? The Frances Lane also told me that my husband would "get his" in a couple days! Whatever that means! I guess I will find out when the cops come to arrest my husband for the 3 criminal charges he is facing! I can't believe they do this and if it wasn't for websites like this we would all be in the dark...so thank you 800notes.com for allowing this website be open for us to post our stories. I can't even imagine how many people they have scared and gotten money from!

This guy named "Alex Matthews" called and claimed he was from the UN legal department and that I owed him $200 on a payday loan. He wouldn't provide me with the name of the company or any thing else to reference the "loan". He said he would sue me. I told him to give me his number and I will have the Attorney Generals office contact him and settle this. He hung up but then proceeded to try to call me again 24 more times.

Don't worry these guys are from India, probably some college kids or something.  I spoke to them in Hindi and they immediately responded.  It's a scam, they got the information from a fake loan application web page and are just trying to scam money from you.  They are actually in India so it would be impossible to catch them since the Indian government doesn't really care about what they are doing anyways.  Just don't send them any money and play some jokes on them!  Have someone in your office or workplace who speaks Hindi have some fun with them.  Lead them on, make them think you are going to pay.. waste their time!  Or, just erase their messages and block the number.

These people are sick. They told me when I went to jajil for this supposed mney I owe that they are going to kidnap my kids then when i get out they are going to bury me under my house. These people have to be crazy to make people think this is true. I filed a police report and the FBI are getting involved because I get these calls every day and I am sick of it.

I just got a call and he stated that he was from the " united nations office of legal department." I told him that why would the UN call me, i believe it is a scam.

I get calls from these same people almost daily at my work and on my personal phone, they are a bunch of scam artist and I have tried to get rid of them several ways and nothing seems to work they are relentless and as everyone on this post knows we don't owe any pay day loans and somehow they have gotten ahold of our personal information. I have even turned them into the local Sheriff's dept even gave them the Sheriff's Dept phone number it still does not work. They know they are not going to get caught as they have this down to a science. They just call from a different number each time, the lastest guy states his name is Alex Williams and I have a law suit against my SSN it is always the same message read from a script. They have been reported to the Attorney Generals Office, the FBI and several other agencies and they still keep calling hoping to get someone to pay them. I really wish they would get caught....

A guy sounding East Indian called twice saying that I am under federal investigation and to talk to the attorney. This is a complete scam... scam...scam.

I received numerous calls from this number 6464995911, just yesterday they called and left messages every hour, saying that it was Mr brown from the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs.. MR Brown will not tell me who he represents or what this is all about, but threatens to bring legal actions and arrest if the matter is not taken care of. And he also threatens to have you fired from your job .

I keep getting threatening calls from these people saying that someone has filed a lawsuit against me they tell me to talk to a guy names james at the same # they are calling me from when I tried to call it its a voicemail for a guy named james with this United Nations Legal Dept. This doesn't add up to me. I cussed the indian accented guy out and told them I think they are fraud and fake and I haven't gotten a call back.

these people called my job saying that they have a warrant out for me for a fraud payday advance loan. When I called Payday loan, they have no records on me owning anything. I will go directly to the police department and make a report. Now, you want to play with my job.

I am getting to at work on my cell number they won't leave me alone. My sister in law is with the fbi i am about ready to call her.

I am receiving outstanding number of calls,  I have no idea who they are and what they want.. I can bearly understand them.  I have report to the police, my bank and credit reports.
