Yes this is a total scam and I too have received several threatning phone calls, but this time his name is Neil Johnson with a heavy middle eastern accent.  This company has been reported to the FBI, Homeland Securtiy, NYC States Attorney and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  The company that they say they are calling from is ACS. DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!!!

I got a call that today some legal actions are being taken on MY NAME and SSN# that would ruin my life and my credit.
They promised me that no legal actions will be taken on my name and REALLY it was not. They saved my life.
Fridays are what I like to think of as “bless the house” days and really they proved it to me.
I was not aware of a law suite that was being pressed against my name and I called these people and just by paying them a small amount they withdrew my case .......
hope U don't get into any legal troubles, just pay them and save yourself from being sued..............

Got several calls from Jack Wilson stating that I had a loan with one of  his clients. When I asked who it was he stated that he wasn't going say the name of the company. He kept saying that I was refusing to pay & he would take our home. I checked with our bank & no such monies were deposited into our account as stated. I have reported this to our local Police Department. Be careful!!!!

I ordered a purse from a coach outlet website, I recieved a purse but it was not the one I ordered and now they are refusing to refund money unless I send a pic of the purse, and then pay a 25% restock fee. the email that they want me to send pic to is a fake email.
I have contacted my bank, they are trying to help but I don't know if they can, since I recieved the purse.

It's a debt collection scam. And all their threats are false and illegal.
This is a very active group of scammers, many of whom are calling from India (and probably other countries) and are in cahoots with a group of American pay day loan scammers. They attempt to extort money from consumers with a myriad of false and illegal threats, and alternately pose as debt collectors, federal and state law enforcement officers, lawyers and bankers. Their trademark is to use meaningless legalese gobblygook phrases like "We are downloading warrants against you" or "We are filing an affidavit against you." Another trademark phrase is to threaten the consumer with something like this ridiculous phrase: "If you don't pay then only God can help you."
Typical of many financial scams of this variety, they usually demand payment via Western Union or MoneyGram or credit card. They use any number of phony names such as US National Bank, Federal Investigation Bureau, US Legal Investigation Bureau, Hopkins Law Office, United Legal Processing, Morgan Associates, United Pay Services, National Processing, White Collar Crime Unit and many more.  These criminals also use many phone numbers from many area codes; they're probably using caller-id spoofing software and/or VoIP to disguise their real location.
The main thing to remember is that anytime someone calls you demanding money to prevent your arrest, or demanding your lawyer's name so they can sue you, it is ALWAYS a scam. No debt collector (let alone criminals posing as debt collectors) has the authority to have anyone arrested for anything. (And it's illegal to them to threaten such a thing.) And since these foreign dirtbags routinely impersonate law enforcement, it's also important to remember that American law enforcement officers aren't in the business of debt collection.  (Debt is a civil, not a criminal, matter.)
The bottom line is, these are criminals trying to steal your money.

I suggest that you ignore their threats and turn the tables on them by doing the following:

1) Give them nothing, and tell them nothing other than that you've reported them to federal and state authorities.

2) File a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission here: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

3) File a complaint with the consumer affairs division of your state's attorney general. The contact information for each state's attorney general is listed at www.naag.org  Just scroll down to the national map and click on your state.

4) Since these crooks are using a telephone phone to extort money from you, report them online to the FBI at https://tips.fbi.gov/

The DVD come in a generic red box with 3 printed stickers on the box. The DVD?s are in plastic sleeves. This is not what I would call a box set. The entire DVD set look like pirated copies.
I'm not going to wast my time watching every disc or episode, but what I have seen is,

Two of the seasons are from different studios, according to the DVD labels.
One of the seasons has a different water mark on the film, then from the label.
One of the seasons has no end credits between the episodes.
There is 17 DVD in the set not the 16 as advertised.
The so called DVD isn?t worth the $63.00 I paid; I could have got pirated copies down the local market for $10.00.

I have order too pr off Uggs boots from a website on the internett and payed for them. Any attempt too contact them goes unanswered. I want to get my money back, what must I do.

Caution! I purchased UGG Boots from an organisation using this number. They are clearly fake boots and every attempt to contact them goes unanswered.
