I got a message telling me to enter a One Direction contest (they're my favorite band) and it said I could win a trip and everything. I was confused on how they found me so I searched up the number and everyone's saying this is scam and that he steals things.

How dumb do you people have to be in the first place to think someone is just gonna buy your s*** without even looking at it? I sell stuff on craigslist all the time that are priced over $1000 and I get these stupid f**** texting me with almost every ad. Its very entertaining because I reply with the nastiest, most racist s*** I can think of to these a***oles. They're mostly greasy african b*****ds.

I got a call from this number wondering if I still have my pickup for sale on craiglist for $9000 in Parsons I said yes still have it but have not heard back from him So i will not do anymore with this number

Kenny and his aliases have given up the ghost. I traced him through Liverpooland Birmingham England by way of Belfast as point of origin.  He no longer uses his own voice.  He just found some East Indian woman to be his spoke scammer on his Samsung Galaxy.  This was after three days of me taunting him with all his aliases and the messy trail he's left on the Internet ( Sherman's March to Atlanta was a deer trail in comparison to the mess this fool has left on the web). Nothing more pathetic than a mongoloid ( not even idiot/savant) trying to pull an Internet scam.

I put for sale my car on craigslist. This person (David) started to contact with me via phone text messages. He liked my car and ready to buy for he is son.  He said he is an oceanographer and couldn't call because of that.  He asked me for my Paypal to pay me full price. I was agreed. Later I received email from Paypal regarding money was transferred to my account. I checked my PayPal account and there nothing. I contacted with Paypal customer service and defined that emails are fake. Also, this person asked me send money via Western Union to some company to ship my car. Do not do it! Be smart!

GOT THE SAME STORY SELLING A TRAVEL TRAILOR AND HE WANTS ME TO WIRE 1000.00 VIA WESTERN UNION TO HIS SHIPPER AND IT IS A HOTEL NOT A SHIPPER CO. AND THEN SEND RECEIPT TO PAY PAL AND THEY WILL CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. FROM TEXAS

After using the aliases, "Kenny", "James", "David" I also found out the this "Person" is using google voice.  I left a nice non threatening message just for this person, not like it's going to do any good, but It was fun for me for a minute.

Got an email from this number for an ad posted on Craig's List.  Said they wanted to purchase the motorcycle without even seeing it and would pay full price with hardly any questions asked.  Said the purchase was for his son and that he was an oceanographer and would be leaving any minute and could only send the money through a paypal account.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Got the same thing from the Oceanograper on Craigslist. In addition to all the other names he also uses Eric and another phone number 405-458-1009. This one traces to OK. If you google this #, you'll see the same story.

I notified dispatch about the scam, since i have had 2 numbers back to back trying to scam me, they said they are tracing the numbers and they are going to do something about this guy.

Just received a text from him and now he goes by David because he is interested in my 1997 Camaro. I am pissed and will be notifying someone about this to track the number, as i know of right now it is a New York number in Manhattan.

Same Crap here! I got a text from him due to a posting on Craigslist.  Oceanographer, son, has to buy now, paypal account, yada yada yada. I live in Tx and this is a New York ph#.  I now know why people are using numbers and letters in their Craigslist postings.  Thanks for the good info!

Just had this oceanographer calling me for my boat that I posted for sale on Craigs List. Going to put an extra $1,000.00 in my paypal and then I am supposed to go to Western Union and send money to agent to pick the boat up. I googled this number and found this page. Just texted him back and told him to screw himself. We are all onto what this jerk is doing.
People, if your not sure do due delegents and research this type of stuff. Don't get burned. If someone can have one of us create a paypal account then, they can have their agent or whatever person do the same thing. What happened to the good ole days when someone wanted to buy something they showed up and you make the transaction. Face to Face.

Add another alias, he said he was David, and yes, also an oceanographer, just under contract, heading out of town and wanted to pay full asking price for a truck I had for sale.  You guessed it again, it was for his son.  I am in Missouri, the number is from NY. All arrangments via text, something to be said for that little voice we should all lisen to, to good to be true, yup, it is... was SO LONG JERK

I JUST got a text from him asking to buy my Sea Ray at my asking price. Oceanographer, can't call, wants my Pay pal E-mail, etc. I just texted him back asking if his name was Kenny and replied it was David! OMG...When he texted this info to me I asked myself...is this a "too good to be true" scenario? Absolutely so I Googled the phone number and found this thread. Thank you everyone....he's not going to scam me!

I put an ad in the paper on a boat i had for sale in Phoenix years back. This guy calls at 9:00 pm and says he wants to come by first thing in the morning to see it-would i be home. I said, "sure" and gave him my address. The next morning I go out to the back yard which has a 6' blockwall surounding it and you can't see in.....my motor was gone!

6465351849 is definitely a scam. wanted to buy our $24,000 corvette through paypal. what a dumbass if he thinks we would fall for that amount going through paypal!
