these people are driving me nuts...the keep calling and threating me if I don't call them back or my lawyer then they wish me luck in whatever befalls on me???? what the hell....I think they better have luck on whatever befalls on them....they say I also have an outstanding payday loan...when I asked with what payday company..he hesitated and spit out payday USA....I have never repeat NEVER had a payday loan with this company....nor does any of my bank statements show I have...I hope that someone catches these b*****ds and puts them in jail for a very long time....

I recieved a call on Monday August 29,2011 at 4:33pm, from a Middle eastern man named Steven King. This man told me that I was being charged with Theft on 3 different counts. This man could not tell me when I had recieved a payday loan and what the amount was. He told me that I owed $5484.87 and that there was going to be a summons for me to appear in court the following day, and that someone was going to come pick me up and take me to court. He said that the delequency was from CASH PARTNERS OF AMERICA for a Payday Loan. He told me that he was in New York and when I checked my phone after the call ended it says MO,USA: which means Missouri. The first thing that caught my attention was that this middle eastern mans name was STEVEN KING, like the author!?! Second I could hear a whole bunch of other middle eastern people talking loudly in the background like it was a call center. I did not give the man any money and I asked to get a copy of the affidavid that he was supposidly reading and he said he couldn't give me a copy. My husband also got a call from these people a week earlier than I did. The strange thing is that this man knew the last 4 numbers of my social security number. I hope that something happens to this man and the company that he works for.

These people called me back in may now they are trying again. I owe no pay day loan and never have. I don't know how they got my work number ,but they had all kinds of threats .This time I simply hung up on them. They will not quit,they are all foreigners using american names. This red dot used the name of Alex Mark ph 646-543-0263. Please,someone needs to stop these people it is a form of Psychological terrorism and it reeks havoc and to some people it really scares them into sending the money or giving them credit card numbers. they threaten to send people to your house and all kinds of stuff.

I have gotten 2 calls from these people. Both time they have all my infor. name, ss, address, phone number, work number, bank infor..  The first call when I told him to prove it by sending me a letter with the daate & the amount that went into my bank, he hung up . They have called me back &said that cash partners of america owns 500 online payday loan centers so he could not tell me any infor. but that the company, has wrote it off & now officers are going to be @ my house mon. morning @10 mins. to 11:00 to take me before a judge and with in 10 mins he will find me guility. the caller could not tell me the name of the officers that are coming to pick me up, nor could he tell me the name of the judge. then he said when they come to get me they will tell me where and when to go before the judge.

This guy with a heavy Indian accent keeps harrassing me at work. Calling the receptionist if I dont answer, leaving messages. He told me months ago that i'm getting indicted, I told him to send me paperwork  and to stop calling my work. He has never sent me anything. I know I never tried to commit fraud on the internet so I'm not scared of an indictment.Just wish he'd get the point that he wont get my info / money and to stop calling.

I'll tell ya this... Stop calling my phone or I will hunt you down and take care of it myself...

Apparently these people have no idea about this type of information sharing.  I would call the BBB (Better Business Bureau and inform them of the phone number.  I'm sure they have the resources to take care of it.  Otherwise the phone company can trace the call through tower use...  Read my opening statement.

These people are scam artists.  Someone needs to shut down their operation.  They are foreigners speak no english and i told them all to go to hell.

Please stop these people.  They called me and said that I will be arrested, because I stole money.  He also said that the police is going to be at my house with papers.

I had this phone call today from Michael Glass threatening me.  He said I owed $5000.00 for a payday loan from 2008 - 2009.  He said I was going to jail and my wages will be taken out of my account, he said my account will be frozen. How do you stop these people.

These people keep calling me.  They keep leaving messages on my cell phone and now are calling my work number.  They don't say who they are, only that they are threatening legal action of I or my attorney don't call them back.

A man named Michael Glass or Black called and left me a very threatening/harassing message. I have no idea who he is or why he is calling.

These people have called me twice threatening me. When I told them I knew it was a scam they said they would forward me all the information proving their case to me tomorrow. I told them to go ahead and forward the information to me and I would forward it right back to them and they could stick it up their a**.I also told  them I was taking my phone to the local police to let them listen to the voice mail they left me, this did little to detour them.

Possible Payday Loan Collection Scam

The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions has received complaints from consumers regarding DCA Law Office contacting consumers at their home and work telephone numbers regarding supposedly delinquent payday loans.

In some instances, the consumer has never even applied for any kind of payday loan. In others, the consumer applied online for a payday loan but withdrew the application or it was denied. Subsequently, the consumer starts receiving collections calls.

The representatives who call on behalf of DCA Law Office make numerous and repeated harassing telephone contacts with the consumer, sometimes threatening legal action or police involvement unless the consumer pays the ?outstanding debt?. The callers are also reported to have contacted consumers? relatives or other references. These callers may identify themselves as attorneys, law enforcement officers (sometimes referencing a badge number), working for the ?Legal Department? or even the ?Cyberfraud Division.?

Consumers have reported that, in some instances, the caller has identifying information such as checking account information, social security information, and other nonpublic personal information. According to one consumer, the caller instructed her to fax information authorizing the payment of $1,200 to her credit card, including her credit card number, billing address, work phone, and a copy of her driver?s license. Requests to the caller to verify the debt generally result in increased threats, but the Department has been unable to locate an instance where the debt verification has been produced by the caller.
