Automated message says they are from "CCCS" to "eliminate your credit card debt".
The message prompts you to push 3 to decline the offer. After you push 3 the message states that "Your phone # has been removed". It's an annoyance to go through these steps but it will have you number removed and the calls from this number will cease.

This was a "bank Stress Test Act" call as per other writings on bank stress test act here...

WCA subscriber service, call them back and push 1 to get a removal service, when asked for a ph number enter a fictitious one, such as 555-555-5555 do this several times hopefully if they get enough of it it should choke their system

Same here! This number calls me all the time. I think it is some credit agency from the US. But I'm in canada! Wish they'd stop calling! Wakes up the baby!

hmmm.. this number from 'New York' keeps calling, I don't answer and they never leave a msg...go away..
