I live in the 615 area code and get nummerous calls from these people. I have told them i am on the do not call list. When I question them about their compny location or info, they quickly end the call

this guy , he said his name was Micheal Jones and represented the federal investigative  department his fone # 1-646-571-4211, he told me I could settle my pay day loan with a bogus company named United States Cash Advance for an amount of $300.00. He said i could settle for an amount of $987.43 to avoid a lawsuit and i had 1 half hour to decide or i would be arrestsed because he would fax documents to my local law enforcement agency and i would be arrested. I am waiting for the police to arrive. If he calls me again I am going to tell to KMA. Payday loan fraud is a civil case not a criminal case. If this guy calls you just tell him not to call you back and go ahead and do what he needs to do. Total scammer

Just received a call saying he was an attorney named Gary and he had an officer that wanted to speak with me after giving me an acct# of BH19000256714 with US Payday Loans! WOW.Stating I owe them and this is a chance for me to settle out of court but he would me to speak with the police officer handling my case!  Thank GOD I have family members with the police dept. telling me NOT to fall for that trap!   Both men had a strong accent/dialect.  When I said "hold on let me transfer you to my cousin with the _ _ PD" the offcer hung up; wonder why?  The other phone number they he "Gary" the attorney gave me to contact him back (Ha, Ha) 910-685-7390!  Beware!

They called me today .Told me I need to pay back a 200$ payday loan gave me a account number I have never had.Lucky for me my sister told me to ask them for all company information, date of loan .She also had me ask if they would mind talking to our local police department that she had them on the other line.They hung up.

have gotten 12 phone calls over the past 2 years. says  i received a payday loan  and never paid back.   I have never done that.  Please don" listen to these people.    It is a scam   . They had a account of mine that was closed !year before nthey say I borrowed the money . I even called my bank to verify I was correct .   Pleas someone stop these people

This has been going on with me since Feb 2010. They wont give up. It stopped for past few months and now started again. Magic Jack is used by people over seas so that obv already is a sign that its a scam!!

Please tell these ppl to leave me alone, they are not getting money out of me...Its bad enough they have my cell#.. Financial fraud my a**, they are the fraudelent ones..

I have been dealing with these fraud call for 3 months..First they call from a "law firm" but it sounds like a call center with all made up names...Dont mean to be racial but ive never heard a man with such a thick Indian accent with names like Ricki Black, Robert Clark and Richard Wright..Anyway i told them at the law firm to send me their request in writing and they never did but the calls stopped..Then about a month after that i get a call from this number Officer Mike Stevenson from the Investigation Bureau about a complaint against me...He called my cell and my work number relentlessly and the # he called from comes up 911 or Emergency call on a cell..I havent called him back yet, but am interested in what BS he has to say. Just beware of these ppl, they throw your personal info around to get your attention and thats how they get you...

I have received many calls on my home phone and to my work from someone who states that their name is Dean Parker.  There was also a lot of noise in the background and when I called it back it said that they were a "majic Jack" costumer.  I have never had a payday loan with anyone, so they are full of it.  I would advise anyone to report them to their local law enforcement agency if they receive calls from these people.

I received called stating that his name was David Harvey and that he worked with State investigation and there was a case against me and if it was not resolved today i could be arrested i told him he was calling my job and please dont call here again its against the law also he had a foreign accent and it was u bunch noise behind him...

SCAM , They try and put fear in u by saying  u will be arrested. DON'T listen to these people. DON'T let them scare u.

Call my cell # then my work # and said he was with the State Bureua and said someone had put a complaint against my SS# he read me the last 4 of my SS# and said I was going to be arrest for theft.  Said I never paid back a payday loan.  I let him do his spill them told he I knew he was part of a scam I never had a payday loan in my life and I was tired of the stupid scam artist.  They would NEVER get any money from me .  He hung up may be they will leave me alone.

I wish I would check here first the same person call me Mike Anderson now its a necaw one calling my job cause I change my phone. His name is officer Mark its a magic jack number.

Some one claiming to be Officer Mark Anderson has call me job 3x's today claiming i have an outstanding debt and when I tried to give them my Attorney's name and number for them to contact they just hung up the phone.  Something is not right with these people

These people called me claiming to be international state police. Said I had charges against me and that I was going to be arrested for unpaid debt. After looking into the phone number it became obvious that this was a scam. I gave these people no information about myself as they already had my social security number and all. My name and everything. I want something done about it.

This is a SCAM talking about a payday loan that I never took out saying that if I dont pay them back they will come to my house to arrest me. DO NOT pay attention to these guys they will take your money your identity and never th ink twice about it. DO NOT answer the phone or call back. I hope I can help someone avoid these people as it is too late for me. Officer Eric Martin is who calls me.
