These people have been calling from this and other numbers threatening me and it is riduculous. I told them about Fair Debt practices and that they cannot call my job. Of course they continue. The police cant do anything because they use fake numbers.646-578-8494 is one

calls at work. harrassing fellow employees. has lied about his identity. He has identified himself as Frank, a federal investigator, Dennis, and Shawn.  Dont know what to do.  This is embarrassing.

i got tired of talking to them and hearing him tell me i was a lier so i gave the phone to my husband and sean black (which is the guy that has called me) told my husband to call God. I we didnt really really understand what he was talking about theree but he then told my husband i was going to lose everything that i had including my job.  My husband told him to stop calling and that we would have  our lawyer call him tomorrow and he said that he ha over 70000 lawyers working with him. i asked him to send some paper work and he got really angry. he called me 56 times today after lunch. this is rediculas. i dont know what to do anymore. i had no idea this was a scam until he called the wrong person at my job and they googled his number and thats when i found out it was a scam.

Someone has called me from this number with a heavy accent and threatening me.  They keep saying I owe them for a loan, I did not receive and then tell me if I do not pay they will send me to jail.  they even said "let me speak with your manager, they will let them know I need to pay them or I will go to jail".  They keep calling my job and getting smart with the front desk because I am not at my desk.  After telling me he was a police officer, then he told me he was a federal officer.

this guy called my job about 300 times within 1 1/2 hrs this morning telling me that i owed him money and that he was going to send his investigators to get me at my job.  he said that i got a pay day loan and that i never paid it and i owed him $500.  to give him my cc number so that i could pay it off.  i said he was crazy that i owed him nothing and that he needed to stop calling me at work.  i hung up the phone and he kept calling then he got very abusive cursing at me and telling me he was going to hurt me and my family.  he finally stopped calling after he said you like harrassment this is harrassment and i said could you please speak clear english because i can not understand you.  he got mad call me a f***en fat a** b****.  i called police, bbb, and my corp office to block the calls.  got a whole lot of we are sorry but we can not help you out and just hang up when they call back.

I was off work today & on my way to take my son in for surgery. Work called me & said Officer Smith called & said it was an emergency. Idiots got very rude with me, told me I was going to jail to behind bars and hung. LOL. I was not in the mood for their BS!! Creep even had my SS# and that bothers me. I am a teacher and they called my school. How do we put a stop to these a***oles? They are obviously scammers who think they can intimidate people. I want to put a stop to this nonsense. What can be done? They also left a msg. on my cell saying it was urgent and I was involved in a lawsuit that had been turned over to them. All lies, but don't like being bothered by these scammers.

These folks called my work phone and threathened to rape me and kill my family.  Report them.

This Officer Frank Smith will not stop.  He's called me place of business and my home phone....saying I will not have a Christmas, etc.  I do not owe this money......thinking of calling them back and telling them that I am reporting them to the Attorney General.....so go ahead file your criminal paper work.

Rec'd call at work before I got in. The person who took the call said they couldn't make out a word they were saying. Very strong indian accent. Said his name was Roy Morgan. Phone number to call back was 646-578-8494. This is a scram. Don't fall for it.

I really need to know if this is a scam   These people curse at you, threaten you, it is very scary the way they talk to you. If this is a for real scam how do you stop them!

Someone at my work started to receive these calls.

I then started calling them back. I called amybe 50 times in a matter of 5 minutes.

I have been receiving the same calls since this tuesday and they have called my phone as well as my employer. calling them all names and saying that they were hired to "take of me" and that they were going to tell my job that I was going on a long vacation and that they were going to detain me. They cannot provide me with any supposed loan docs, specific dates, or even a badge number when they say they are an officer. they have called me over 300+ times since tuesday and my job at least 150+ times. this is ridiculous and somehow needs to stop. Why is there nothing that can be done about the threats and harassment? Police say since no actual crime has been commited they cannot do anything. They say change your number....? I just dont see how they can keep doing this to so many people. LEAVE ME ALONE

This person who has changed his name from Robert Conner to Frank Smith has also called saying he works for FashCash USA that i owen them $502. He repeatedly called my work and home and was abusive. All calls that come into my company (I work for a large corporation) are recorded. I am filing complaints anywhere i can think of and getting a lawyer.

This person keeps calling, stating he is office Adam White and that I am in a fraud case upstate and that I should call him so that we could correct this now or I would go to crout. This person calls from alot of different number but the number he gives to call back is 6465788494 and to ask for Office Adam White as soon as possible

I too am getting these horrible calls.  They started with my cell number and now at work.  They are calling  or I should say "Officer Frank Smith" and threatening me constantly.  He is saying that I owe them money and I will go to jail and will be hurt if I don't pay.  I just hang up on them and then they call my work and the language is horrific.  When our receptionist answers I have never heard such horrible stuff come out of someone's mouth.  Someone has got to stop this.  I do have a friend who works for the FBI and I am going to turn it over to her and hopefully this will stop.

Harassing phone calls calling me names like bi*** and c*** sucker and telling me they are frank smith with the NYC police department and they need me to send them 1000 dollars to stop action of a federal crime lawsuit and they told me last night they are coming to my house to rape me and inject me with drugs and to use me and discard me like rubbish after they are done using me. when they call me it is coming up as one of my personal phone numbers in my cell phones phone book...I have called and reported this to the FCC, FTC, the Homeland security, local FBI in Oklahoma, US cellular, my local sheriff's dept. and credit reporting agency, local BBB. AND NO ONE can help us that are getting harassed, they say this is a PANDEMIC and has been going on for 20-30 years !!! And they can't do ANYTHING because they are foreign and most of the calls come out of NIGERIA. I have a law firm in CA.  Officer Frank Smith called and left a message for one of my employees saying it was an emergency.  This employee has a very ill father and a son in the merchant marine so I was very concerned.  I called the number, 646 578-8494 and asked for Officer Smith.  He was unavailable so I spoke with Sean Black, his supervisor.  Then Ofcr. Smith came on, said it was an emergency and that my employee needed to call the bank at once.  I said that if this was a collection matter, he was being informed by me that no debt collection calls were to be made to my employee's place of work and that he had to comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  He screamed "I am doing my job, I am doing my job and I do a good job" and then hung up.  Indian accent from both men I spoke with.

I have been receiving phone calls from several supposed officers in the NY area, one specific Officer Adam White. He has foreign accent, has been threatening to take legal action and I will pay the consequences by being put in jail. He said my ss# will be downloaded to the court in the United States of America, so I asked him which one? They have been calling my place of employment non stop for atleast 3 days now. When I asked him what precinct in NY he was from he used extreme profanity and had called me and my co workers F'N liars. This is fraudulent and wrong and straight out harassment.If you ask them questions they talk louder and get more profane. got a threatining call from a dennis pierceson who said i owed money and was going to be sued i said send me some paperwork on this matter and he said he didn't have to and used profanity on my work and cell phones.  he said i needed to be back in the hospital and don't appreciate receiving these threatening phone calls

This number called my job accusing me of having a loan with there company.  They would not provide name of company, proof of this certain loan, and they was very rude and cursed me out.  Please continue to report this number for our credit protection.

Incredible how people like this can get away with such harassment.  They take obvious information and claim they know the information because you are delinquent on payments to a cahs advance company.  I have had my attorney call them.  This helped for about 2 months.  They are back again and calling relatives.

This is place is the most unthinkable scam you could ever know of. They called my job and cursed at all my supervisors, then they kept on calling non stop for almost half and hour. I called the police they did not stop and wont stop I will try the phone company to trace the number and block it.
