numerous call from this number with no answer

I have been getting calls for 2 solid months, at least twice a day, and up to 4 times a day from the same people. they'll get tricky and call from another NYC area code too and then they'll hang up. sometimes they'll tell me it's regarding credit card processing when i ask what this is regarding and other times, it's a dodge and weave and quick 'we'll try back later.'

each and every single time i ask them to leave a message (pretending i'm not the owner of the business. i love that i'm not the only one that does this.) and each and every time, they refuse to. i haven't gotten to the point where they've gotten nasty with me, but i sort of want to poke one of these jerks with a stick so i can take out some of my frustration on them. today, after asking three times who was calling, the cranky guy rattled off some name of a credit card processing company and how they're a goldman sach's company. huh...riiiight. well in that case, let me give you ALL of my information! that sounds like a fabulous idea!

has anyone tried calling the number back? i did and you get some guy's answering machine with a wacky accent saying the name of the company which sounded like a gigantic mumble.

Tell them to F off then hang up. If you speak to them they will steal your identity.

Even though I have them blocked (Panasonic phones are great with the blocking option) they call 5 times a day like rats picking at the cheese in one of those experiments.
They are not human, just sum scammers!

This is a huge scam. If you give any information to these crooks you will have your identity stole. I'm going to say it again, ONLY DO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING WITH YOUR OWN BANK! If you go with a random a**hole over the phone you will be very sorry!

They just keep on calling.You can,t stop them.

Keeps calling million times a day and cursing at me.
WHO ARE THOSE PEOPLE?
Where can I file a complaint about them, because the last thing I want in the morning is for someone to call me and curse me out.

Has been calling the last week nonstop.  Sometimes when I answer they hang up or they ask to talk to the owner.  Yesterday I just told the Douch I was and told me that I was paying way too much for my Merchant account.  I asked him who I had and he didnt know so I hung up on him.  I just got a call 10 minutes ago and they just hung up again.

This number calls my home number almost every day despite my being on a "Do Not Call" list, and they don't leave a message. Even our phone message respectfully requests that telemarketers not call us. But these people are obviously morally bankrupt. When someone treats other people with such disrespect and disregard they are pitiful losers. Period.

B*****ds called 9 times in less than 10 days.  After asking to speak to the business owner on the sixth call I asked them to remove me from call list and the C**K S****R just hung up.  On the 7th, 8th and 9th call I made the same request, but the C*M Guzzling W***E just hung up again.  Please someone take care of this problem for me and I will be extremely & forever grateful.  I know they are just doing their jobs; however the constant exasperating, bothersome and down right annoying solicitation is getting old.  I am satisfied with my merchant services so F*** Off for the 10th, 11th & hope not 12th time.  Thanks and I apologize to all of you who have received these calls as I know how it feels to be bothered while trying to be productive.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number.  I just received one not too long ago.  The person hung up without saying anything.  I remembered they called once looking for the owner.  I told him he wasn't in, asked him if he wanted to leave a msg, he said he'll call back later and hung up...I scrolled back on the caller ID and saw they called 6 times in the month of January.  The lastest call received was 5:43pm (NYC timezone)

Was getting multiple calls a day from this number.  Finally answered. Guy asked for the owner. It was like pulling teeth trying to figure out where he was from.  He was very unprofessional, even for a telemarketer. Said he was from IMS and could lower my credit card rates.

When the phone is answered they hang up , not only hang up  , they also call several times a day./

the person on the other line asked for the person in charge. I asked what it was regarding and the man said, "I'm calling from Imperial Merchant and would like to speak to the person who handles credit card transactions." I've had so many calls from these people I just said, "No, thank you," and was about to hang up when I heard he was still talking. When I listened he was saying, "You're the man in charge? " And I said, "Yes," to which he replied, "No f****ng way. You f****ng loser, you're the guy who mops the place." After this I've heard enough, so, I just said, "No thanks," and hung up. I should have asked for his name and job title among other things. He had a very thick New York accent.

noisy background , a woman asking to speak to someone who handles a problem with a credit card transaction,. I ask for her information but did not give out a name, She ask again for the person's name that handles problem with a credit card transaction. Again , i ask for her information , she refused and say she will call back another time.

wants to speak to boss or office manager but will not give reason for the call.

Get numerous calls it beeps, then nothing. Does not hang up. Left it on speaker for 4-5 min. No dial tone- just silence. Then it beeped, said goodbye & hung up

Keep calling to Look for my boss at random times throughout the day.

Asked to speak to my boss @ 10:30am. Very noisy in the background, and seemed put out that boss wouldn't be here til 4pm. Refused to leave a message...
