he keeps calling me at work and cursed me out

Hello, I so glad I found this site, this kevin Williams new york law office,  just contact me with the same threat, thanks to you all im glad I didn't talk to him, he left me a message,  so glad I found this page, thx Anita.

I have been receiving messages at my place of work from this number. I called them back. "Sean Collins" told me 3 complaints have been filed against me in the state of New York. Kind of funny seeing as I am in Arizona. He went on to say that I was going to be arrested monday morning and he needed my attorney's information. I told him I didn't need an attorney because they were nothing but a scam. He said "we will see how much of a scam we are when you are in court" I said "okay! awesome! See you there!" He mocked me "oh yeah awesome, oh that's real awesome" I said yep it is. Then I proceeded to tell him if they called me on my work phone again, I would get a lawyer involved because it is harrassment and they cannot call my work. He laughed and said that there was nothing I could do about it and why couldn't he call me at work. I yelled at him and hung up... A few hours ago I got yet another call to my work phone. Woo. I guess it's time I actually call a real lawyer and see what I can have done about this. It's very annoying.

Has anyone besides me noticed that East Indians have very American names lately.  Sean Smith, Jason Smith, Shawn Goldstein...even trying to rent from VRBO and Redweek has turned into one big scam.  I'm not a prejudiced person, but I am leaning in that direction when it comes to people trying to steal money from good hard working people.  Get a legit job scum!

Fake atty stating lawsuit filed on me regarding the debt of $5484.87.  Haranguing call for 27 minutes that obviously had my cell phone number and gave me a fake email daniel...h****@yahoo.com which he stated was mine. Yeah stated same info as everyone below. NOW... Everyone contact the FCC and file a complaint with them .  Said they represented Advance America Cash Advance.

I have gotten this message twice in the last three days telling me that I have a complaint against me for three seperate issues that could result in an arresst warrant being issued if I don't call the number back.  I have already had a fraud thing go through my bank taking money and causing me to have to switch my accountants and don't need anymore hassle.  They didn't say my name, what the complaints were about or who made them.  Didn't state the name of the legal company they were using just told me to call the number back. Really people you get good hard working people stressed out.  Please someone find them and put a stop to it.  My phone doesn't ring with a number just goes straight to voicemail.

Same persons same thing with me.  I'm glad I have y'all in here because I was like "what the f*%k!!!*. Crazy a** foreigners man.

I just received a call with someone saying the same thing

I have received phone calls from this middle eastern man that claims to be from a New York City law firm and I have criminal charges and if I pay a certain amount these charges will go away and I won't be arrested. What a scam. Last week I received the same kind of call saying they were from the head of the state police department which was a lie because I called the Michigan State Police here where I live and he said this was the third complaint that day and it was a scam artist that probably wasn't even calling from within the United States. They buy apps that make it look like they are calling from somewhere in the U.S.   I wish there was something that could be done about this. Please if you get these phone calls don't agree to pay them anything

This company call me and they said I have a complain again. If I do not have money they would I have a warrant out for my arrest. That scare  me a little bits. I hope that I put this number in and find this web site. this company is a scam because I am not a criminal. Indian scam and this said they are new York law dep.

I have received 3 different voice mails from this number claiming to be a Jacob Morris indicating that either me or my attorney need to contact him.  He is speaking very slowly and methodically almost like he is reading from a script.  The message I just received said it was my third and final notice.  I always look these numbers up and am very thankful to all of you who post on this website.

I have called you several times and screwed with you and you've now changed numbers!  Haha, may not have stopped you, but inconvenienced you!

Got the same call and message, he didn't leave his name though.  This is the third different number that's called so this must be a popular way to screw people out of their money. These people are doing their research too.  Someone called my ex husband that I divorced 18 years ago looking for my brother. Don't fall for it.  Last time I told them I have no idea what they're talking about, feel free to serve me. And nothing happened.  

Let me tell you something.... We live in America!! You can not get arrested if you are in debt or have a loan, any type of loan. You and all your friends come to America and try to scam hardworking people out of their money. I have put in a report with the FBI and Justice Department on this. I hope they catch all of you. Think about it. You just called the wrong person.

Got a call just now from this number claiming to be from the "New York City Law Office" and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. I'm glad I found this page to find out it's a scam. I know I haven't done anything to be arrested for, but it was still pretty freaky to get this call.

If the Indian scammers are posting here, then it means that this site and others like it are finally cutting into their income stream.   Which is a good thing!  The more people learn, the less money the Indian criminals will make.

Total scam.  Anytime anyone with an Indian accent calls you and either threatens you or offers you something you can be sure it's a 100% scam.

Don't worry, It's all a scam! Don't let them try to scare or bully you into anything! Just like me, and I'm sure almost all of the people in here.... I/we applyed online for a loan(payday or instalment). and those websites sold our info to these crooks. That's how they have all of our info!

Got a call from someone who said his name was Kevin Williams.I also got the same man who called me at work.I have dealt with these lowlife  s cumbags before.Do not send them any money He used a different number when he called me at work

Caller stated his name was Kevin Williams. He stated that there were 3 allegations against me and an arrest warrant was about to be issued under my name. He stated I needed to return his call immediatley as it was time sensitive. Heavy accent. Said he was from New York, did not identify a business or agency.
