Called me and said I had received a 9200 grant from the government. I believed it because I have signed up to receive a grant. I paid about 2000 for the money to be transferred and still nothing. That was my rent n bill money I'm devastated. How can people do this and get away with it.

Man with middle Eastern accent by the name of Danny wanted to speak with business owner. When I asked for his telephone number to have owner call him back, he rudely told me to look at the caller id. Then proceeded to say he doesn't have the privilege of receiving incoming calls... or sending email. I asked him to mail then. What a joke!

These indian a** clowns are calling our business constantly. We are currently getting 25 calls a day from them - also appears as 646-583-2679. It's beyond insane. Looking for a Betty Francis or Becky Francis.

I'm here at work and get a call asking to speak with who is in charge with regards to my phone company. He has a thick Indian accent. I let him know we use Comcast and who is he. Then I said you need to deal with Corporate if you have a complaint he said we don't deal with corporate offices. He was trying to get us to release a company card # to cover a non existent debt.

Once I said corporate he hung up. I then called back twice and got nothing.

I am so getting annoyed with this number. They call, but when I answer they hung up. I curse the living s*** at them for calling me, but they still call again! I get the stupid same number for twice a day. I called backed it says that the number I just called were busy and try to call again. I called back and they answered saying nothing then hung up. I am so fed up with them.

these calls are obnoxious.  since the low rent, paycheck to paycheck mongrels that work this telemarketing gig don't get it...here is your solution.  keep a whistle close by.  when they call, blow it.

Tis number is been calling me for one year now multiple times a day almost every 20 min , I finally gave up , I spoke to AT&T, They told m I need to file police report to block this number (646)583-3416.
Now it is blocked

Called today - I answered - registered as NY call but Caller with strong foreign accent (Brian or Ryan) wanted info about mortgage - claimed to be working with government program - evasive about giving information about company - eventually claimed to be associated with Evergreen Law in Seattle (could have made that up too but there is an Evergreen Law in Seattle).  Evaded giving physical address despite repeated request -
Gave call back number of 800-516-7951 which gives a toxic noise when you call it - gave fax of 800-518-0837 which does have a fax tone.  Transferred me to a "senior loan officer."  When asked if they were loan company they avoided by saying working with mortgage company - 100% guarantee - pay $3495 within 3 months - 2nd guy (Noel) also barely spoke English - but better than 1st - when I asked what the AG would report if I called him, Noel abruptly hung up.   Never got a physical address.   Evergreen Law does not answer, but is registered with WA secretary of state.   Unable to check bar information because no attorney name.

Call from 646-583-3416 registering as NY.  Caller Bryan or Ryan - "Loss Mitigation" government program for mortgage pmt reduction and interest rate deduction.   Evasive - wanted information - claimed to help foreclosure - wanted income information - gave 800--516-7951 x525354 as call back number.   (Later called it - answers with repeated noxious sound kind of like buzzer or human extended growl) - Gave fax of 800-518-0837 (actually is a fax #)-  When insisted on location said he was in Seattle - but number showed NY - had some excuse for that.   Transferred me to a "senior loan officer" Noel.  Both spoke with stilted English - sounded African by accent - but claimed to be in US and associated with Evergreen Law in Seattle Washington.   Never got a physical address though asked several times.   Promised 100% guarantee of loan modification - cost $3495 with three months installments.   When asked what the Attorney General would report about them he hung up abruptly without comment. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - do not talk to them. .

They called me many times yesterday and when I did answer the call some a***ole got smart with me. He asked me about my 'business lines' and I asked if this was a sales call. NO! this is a notification call. there is a different. I told him that I wipe my a** with his opinion and hung up.

Same thing! I'm on do not call list! Three calls in one day! I missed these calls as I was busy and cell phone was not in me!  I called the number back.. It did nothing.   If they call back, I will be ready with a legal sounding threat of monitoring by authorities etc...

Be careful when you answering to phone # 1 646-583-3416 they start off by saying they belong to a government program they can reduce your rate as low as 2%. They have few ?......They need to be answered inorder to be able to qualified in any of their programs. They want to know how much you make a year.   Who's your lender?  How much you owe against your home. How much you pay in taxes & homeowner insurance. I wouldn't answer how much was my income from last year and the so called supervisor got on the phone to put pressure on me wanting me to give him an approximation because I didn't he hung up on me mad. When I called back the line was bussy at all times.call the Better Business Bureau 2703-276-0100 and place a complaint. These people are a bunch of scammers. Who knows what they do with our information they collect. You call back a busy line. Alert!!"" Call the company that your with and have them block that # 1 646 583-3416. Be careful who you give any of your personal information to it a scam they can use your information against you. Be ALLERT!!!!!!!!!!!! They can't speak the language well.

What happened when you called NY police? They called me 5 times today

This person has been calling my parents home on a daily basis and has not stopped harassing my  poor elderly parents and I am at the point where I will look for this guy personally and make sure the calls permanently stop!
