These people have been calling me for months.  I cannot get them to stop.  They now have my work number along with my cell phone number.  I am not sure what to do to get them to stop.  The call I got today was from a STEVE BROWN, Yeah right! He can't even speak english.  The new number is 718-841-6472.

For the past 2 days these people have called me 26 times. Harrassing me saying I have 3 charges pending against me and a sheriff would be at my house in the morning to arrest me. Then I would be able to go in front of a judge to dispute the charges. Supposedly I took out a payday loan 3 yrs ago and they are saying that I owe $15,000. They had all of my info,name address, ss#, phone numbers, employer, my old supervisors name. They threatened that if I didnt pay then these charges would be brought against these other innocent people. I can't believe these people are doing this. I fell for it at first but then I ooked everything up on the internet about them before sending any money. Ya know today they are still calling me. They are relentless !!!! IT IS A SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT !!!!

I have received calls from the same fellow (heavy Indian accent).  I have asked to speak to someone (a supervisor), but he always says he is the only one there.  This is obviously a scam call.

They have a new number now.  It is 718-841-6477.  It returns to the Bronx, NY.  The person who called me said his name was Cody Foster.  Really?? Cody Foster?  He was calling to talk to my daughter, saying if she didn't return the phone call today then papers would be filed and a warrant would be issued for her arrest.  He wanted me to verify the last 4 of her social, which I didn't do.  Very heavy accent, when I asked where he was from, his nationality, he said that information was none of my business.  IF YOU GET PHONE CALLS OF THIS NATURE, DO NOT GIVE IN!!  CALL YOU STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND REPORT THESE NUT JOBS!

Got a Unknown Name Unknown Number call from a Charles Xavier from a company he called Department of Corporate Affairs Law Office (DCA) from New York City with phone number of 718-841-6454 he stated that their is a federal legal action against me stated that I stole $300.00 from a federal pay day loan company in fact I didn?t do. He preceed to state that I laundry money and somebody will be at my resident tomorrow (Oct. 28, 2011) at 11 am to arrest me and served papers with their people. He also stated if I don?t go with them I will be shot and killed, along with threats to family members and friends. I try to ask him questions of what is the name of company, the case number, and why I didn?t receive no legal papers. He stated that this is not you business because I am going to serve the papers myself, bascially he dosen?t have the answers and was getting mad becasue I and asking questions. Before he hung up after getting mad he stated that fine is now $5,541.32. Then he called my mother-in-law and threated her that she would go to jail along with me. I called this person back and he proceed to tell me that he will see you in courthouse even if he to drag my fat a** in. Once agian I asked which courthouse and again he wouldn?t tell me nothing, except how rude and demanding he is trying. Then I asked to speak with someone else, it sound like he put the phone down and a few seconds later the same guy picked up the phone and he told me his name is Rayan Scott of Resitution Head. This gentlemen was of a India or middle east speaking. If this was an actual debit collector he would provide me information on it, in which he had not. He was only concern of putting me in jail he didn?t offer me anything else.
I have notified my State Police about this and also file a complaint to the my state Attorney General Office.
The same incident was done to me back in May of this year.
I have applied a year ago for a instant loan online but I didn?t go throught with it, and it had all my personal information on it.

These people have been calling off and on for months, I have recorded the conversations and turned it in to the authorities. Please do not fall for it. I'm upset because they have my info, home, cell, and work numbers! Be careful of what info you send over the internet.

i paid these people 500 last time they called me and then they started calling again  this phone number is a scam dont fall for it please it is a rip off

Talked to the imortant folks in NY, they said to report it to the NY consumer complain Hotline. 1800 771 7755. I know that every time I get a pay day loan the calls begin. I always use the same company. they better figure out a way to fix this.!!!!!

Got a call from this number yesterday at work and he was very hard to understand with his damn accent but 'he' said his name was Jenny Nelson and said it was a very serious matter and for me not to disregard this message and to call immediately or else!  I called number back last night and no one answered.  I do not owe any money to any payday loan.  These people need to be stopped!  It is very scary the information they have on you.

Got a phone call from 646-652-0488 but the caller ID showed up as 916-395-0000. Told me that I was going to have a sherriff come to my door tomorrow and arrest me. Told me I was being charged with three different counts of fraud...  I did my research and then called them back, I told the guy that answered the phone everything that I had found out. I gave it to him good, he then whispered, I am sorry ma'am yes this is a fraud just dont pay them..... and by the way everyone I spoke with had a heavy Indian accent........   DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY AT ALL .

I also received a phone call from 646-652-0488 claming they are a collection agency they done this to me several times so I know their tricks It's an Indian gentelmen claming he is going to take me to court for fraud L.O.L!!! is all fraud thet are fraud I already know that so if anyone else gets a phone call please first don't pay them second tell them you will let the proper authorities and the call is being recorded and they wii stop PLEASE do not pay them anything is all a SCAM!!!!!.

They called me at work and told me I owed a debt. He had all my info except they were reading me someone else's SSN. After I told him it was not my SSN he proceeded to call me a liar & repeat the SSN. I told him he should not be giving me other peoples personal information. If your trying to scam someone at least get your info correct.

they have been contacting me as well claiming i have a charge against me for check fraud.

I did this morning. Well I have been for the last few months but did nothing about it until today I called my sheriff's office they said that if anyone threatens that a cop is going to come to your place of work that they are lying and most likely it is a scam. So I googled it and yes all the stories I have been reading are exactly like the calls and word for word what they say to me as well. They did have my full SS# which is extremely scary, so I would suggest for everyone to change there acct number to their bank as well just to be on the safe side! WHAT CREEPS

That is sooooooo true!  As soon as you apply for a payday loan, that's when the calls/threats begins.  Can someone put a stop to this?

I have been getting calls from these clowns as well...on my caller id they show as a totally different number and area code, but the call back number they give is 646-652-0488. He (the obviously indian guy) says his name is Jerry Nelson....that makes it comical to me. I figured I'd have fun with 'em since he said he suspended my social security card (and....?) He also stated he represented the government, to which I responded that I infact work for the government and that he should forward any pertinent or requested information through the proper channels. Of course, he just resorted to empty threats...I hung up after going in circles with Mr. Jerry Nelson there...and the SOB called me right back. Relentless I tell you. Obviously a scam, don't need to be a genius to figure that out. He did have the last four of my social, the last four of my checking account....but he was unable to provide anything further than that...they continue to call and am not sure how to get it to stop. I am going to call my service provider and see if they can block the numbers from calling me or what they can do to assist in this.

I just got off the phone with these fools.. I was scared for a min but kept talking to them so I could research cause I was scared due to the fact Ive never even had a speeding tkt much less fraud charges and the only people I knowingly owe 5k to is my student loans. He kept saying I sound like a good american and such. I researched the # and its a cell in NY and the fax # he gave me is in another part of NY. I called the FTC and they told me it was a SCAM! These people are saying theyre DCA Law Firm collecting for Global Credit Services at 42 Broadway in NYC on the 5th Fl. There is a DCA at that address but its to license tow trucks in NY!

I got a call from this number today, and the guy's name was Roger Williams. There was a lot of background noise, and the caller had a thick Indian accent. I have been getting calls like these on and off since October 2010.

All the messages are the same and seems that the callers read from a script.. they all beging with: "This message is intended for........ as soon as you receive this message, you or your retained attorney on record must return this phone call", etc, etc. etc....

I've already had to close out accounts and re-open them, and I am not sure if changing my phone number would even help, as that may be my next plan of action.

the same thing happened to me today. they first called my brother saying i owed a lot of money. so i called them and they said they worked for BCA Law Office. the man had a heavy indian accent and was calling clearly from a call room. he said i had to appear in court tomorrow and i was being sued. he had the last 4 of my SS# my previous address my mothers name, brothers name and the name of the bank i bank with. he kept yelling at me. and when i asked to speak with the manager he the manager was also rude and also had an accent. he said his name was Ben Frosner or something like that. I called the National Credit Adjusters and they told me it was a total SCAM. Dont pay them! NCA told me to tell them "this call is being recorded and I will hand this tape over to the proper authorities if you continue to call me.

There are people calling me for 8 months @ 646-652-0488.They claim that I owe a debt.I have been asking them to send me some form of documentation of the debt I owe.I personally believe it is fraud.They are trying to get all my pertinent info about me..They have my address.It sound like they are from India..Sometimes the number changes.....

This is not the "real " Roger Williams who works for Rivkin Lawyers LLC. I called the actual number for Rivkin and listen to Roger Williams voice. The man who leaves you messages is an fake. I believe he is using the real Roger Williams name and credentials to scare people into calling them. I also called the number that this "foreigner" let on my phone, something about VC or RC lawyers...a bunch of crap.


The number that was left (646-652-0488) and the number I noticed when the call was coming in started with 778, not the (516) area code associated with the real Roger Williams at Rivkin LLC in New York.

calls and says i need to call back... looked the number up online and says they are scamers... i have not taken any loans or anything for them to call... says if i do not call back they wish me luck in what will unfold on me. really not the first time they have called. anytime you try to sign up for a loan or even look into them they start these calls and keep your info on record... i have reported them several times and they do not stop
