Repeated calls to my office (at least 20 consecutive times) in a very heavy indain voice - very threatening, disrespectful and rude.  Threatened to speak to my manager.  When asked for proof of information was told they had to check with the management company.  When not getting anywhere stated that they will have all 300 employees call my office .  Reporting the number to the FBI

If you KNOW you owe no money, or believe the call was from a fake debt collector, please take the time to read this:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0258-fake-debt-collectors

You can also block any repeated calls from the fake collectors.  See
http://phonehelp.2truth.com/
(That site also has a link to Amazon's phone blocker devices and apps, as well as a page showing various government sites that accept complaints or warn about scams.)

Hi,

Don't fall for this pay day scam.  They have called me at work a numer of times...I called back and asked for Officer Davis and told him to not call me again at work...he said that he will just call my Manager, i said, you can call the Pope, you are no getting a dime from me because I did not do a payday loan!   I hung up on him!   I suggest you do the same.

David Scott has been harassing my husband at work over a non-existent payday loan.  He demands to speak to a manager and calls repeatedly.  I called this person myself and he just hung up on me.  When I called back he told me that as many times as I call him, my husband would receive double the calls at work.  He called my husband so many times, the workplace switchboard began refusing to transfer his calls.  He then began calling the Human Resources Department.  This person is using the business name of American Legal Services.  If you go to their website, American Legal Services has a scam alert posted.  I contacted them and they advised us to contact the Federal Trade Commission and our local Sheriff's department and file complaints.  I was told that the best way to get this person to stop harassing us was to tell him that we know this is a scam and he's not getting a dime!

I got a call today from that number at my job.  The guy had an Indian accent, but first told me his name was Ron Smith, when I called back there was no Ron Smith it was a Ryan Smith.  I thought it was weird how when he answered the phone, he didn't mention a company name, just hello.  Told me I owed money for some online loan.  When I told him that I had given this information to a friend who works for the local sherriff office, the guy said pay or don't pay you will go to jail for listening to your friend.  I asked what his company name was, didn't answer just kept telling me I owed money.....very upsetting

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
