Got a call from 646-663-1260.  Readout says Unavailable is name of caller.  Didn't get to phone in time to answer.  Interrupted what I was trying to do at the time.  Brought remote phone to computer to look up number.  While I was typing this the phone rang again and the readout on phone has no phone number this time.  Only Unavailable, Unavailable this time.  Tired of this.

they called several times a day.  can we report them or sue them?

I have been called over a dozen times from this number. My number is registered on the do not call registry. They have not left a message, but they continue to call.

Spam. I am on the DNC list and keep getting calls.

I receive at least one call a day from this number...I have no idea who it is and therefore have ignored it but it is getting to be a pain.

They call me a couple times a day as well if you call the number back they say they are the Walmart hundred dollar gift card hotline - although when I received a phone call they just hang up on me...

This # has been calling me for weeks, sometimes one right after the other...or several times a day.......I never answer

If this number is calling your cell, you can add the number to your "call reject list" and you will no longer be bothered.
Be aware that there is a scam out there, that calls you, and asks you to somehow 'press a number'. like press '1' for English.  When you do - it transfers your call to an overseas number, that you pay between $6-9 / minute.  Their goal is to get you on the line, and keep you as long as possible.

Just keeps calling, no message.

I'm reading comments, because of receiving 3 calls, today. I've had the walmart call, before. Guy claims I'm being awarded, because of using my visa. Then asks, for the 16 digit id off front of the card. I nearly lizzed, while telling him he's not getting my card number. He continues, "no no, I don't want your card number, just customer ID." I explained your not getting a single digit, from my card, including toll free number I'm calling to alert card company, of scams...he hung up. I called my credit union, which issues my card. Gave them phone number, and they sent all members a letter warning. They advised me, if any Visa card holder wins, or awarded gifts, we would be notified of promotion prior to winning. Never received calls, from that phone number, must have changed, since my credit union reported.

They call me several times a day and if I pick up there is no one there.  There is a scam alert out about not returning unknown phone numbers because they can cost you big money with the phone company.

Keep getting calls from same 646 area code #.  I do not know anyone in New York.  I have not answered the calls and leave it to the answering machine..  they never leave a note. Been happening with greater frequency in the last 2 weeks.  2-3 times a day.

The best way to stop all undesirable call's such as scammers, sales pitches, annoyance call's, etc. is to get a call blocker. Some people don't realize that some phone companies sell your numbers (for a fee), to use for this very purpose.
My Phone call blocker blocks 1500 numbers and was already pre-programmed to block many of the oversea's scam numbers that are very costly and can not be regulated by the US DNC list. The blocker (Pro Call Blocker) I use, cost only $56.00 and so far had been extremely effective in eliminating the aforementioned call's, down to one or two a week. The later callers get blocked from calling again, as soon as I choose to block them.

I always give a bunch of false information and then tell them to go eat a dick. So long as they're considering wasting my time or defrauding me, I am gonna waste their time and insult them.

stop calling us-nobody is ever on the other end when answer-and nobody leaves a message-so annoying!

They called me 11 times today.

The same exact situation happened with me a few minutes ago.

No Caller ID information.  Three calls in five hours.  Presumed persistent telemarketer.

This is the second time they called me today. say i won a 100.00 gift card for walmart. and free security system. then says it will be free for unit and free for set uo just pay 34.95 for monitoring service i said no then called me again.. started with her speal i said wait not interested did not shut her up so i  hung up.see that number again i will not answer.to bad cant get them on DO NOT CALL LIST. what a pain.

The caller said hello and when I answered he hung up.

This number appears on my caller ID four to five times a day, no one is every there, so I call back and they tell me c I have a giftcard and to press one.  I did not press one.  I didn't need to encourage or give out my information.

they are just poor foreigners with no cash no worry they will die broke

Try privacy star app. It not only automatically blocks unwanted #s but allows you to file a complaint if those numbers consistantly call. Also if it continues they will put you in contact with an attorney that specializes in phone harassment.

  I called them back - from a blocked line of course, and heard their recording.  Welcome to the $100 WalMart Gift Voucher Hotline, press 1 to receive your card that can be used at WalMart, Target, or other department stores.  I believe it is illegal for businesses to leave a recorded message when attempting to sell things, but no positive.

Don't recognise this number.  Not sure how it was gotten.  

I already have a security system and am on the Do not call list.  They call several times a day. Rude as hell.
