You opened yourself up to an opinion the moment you posted to this thread. So much for that idea.

Notice how these 'pay your bills' shills NEVER mention that millions of Americans are being called by foreign criminals, trying to extort money on fake loans. They want you to 'pay your bills', but who pays bills they don't owe? Just pay 'em! Who cares if they were printed up at the Quickie Mart in Mumbai. So what! They only make $0.28 US a day (118 rupees). Have you seen the price of those 'new' cookies from Colorado? 'Taint cheap McGee!

"Even if it was a debt collector..." So you're admitting that they are scammers then? No one should pay any caller who does not MAIL a debt validation letter showing that they owe a debt and that the caller has the legal right to collect said debt. Refusal to mail this documentation within five days of the first call is a violation of federal law. Have a wonderful day!

Glad things seemed to work out for you. Any chance you would be able to give folks the name, address, and/or website of this company?
Have a wonderful day!

Got a call from this number but when it came to who called me the name was muffled out. All I heard was financial crimes. I have been told before these are scam calls

First of all, it is in violation of this site's rules to type in all caps. Second, it is "who" not "whom" in this case. Third, you're full of it. No lawyer would advise anyone to make a contract (which is what you purport to have done) based on a phone message. You "Beach Babe" are an idiot if you did indeed do that. I suspect, no I'm sure, you're a shill working for this "company." I urge anyone who receives a call from such "debt collectors" (extortionists is a better description) to follow the suggestions of the Fair Debt Act. You can find those regulations and important information here http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection. As for you "Beach Babe", go to school, get an education and stop making absurd posts that are nothing more than lies intended to defraud.
