I receive a call from this number saying that owe $498.99 to the payday loan and it is cash america they gave me a number to call i check the number of cash america it way different from the number he gave me and when ever i call this people doesn't even answer the phone perfossinal they just say hi but didn't say jeffersons and son law firm this is who ever speaking

Same thing from 213-928-7931, another funny thing is that I cannot understand their english so I was still unclear wha they wanted, even after listening to several messages.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM TODAY SAYIN I OWED $780...I CONTACTED MY LOCAL POLICE, THE FCC, THE FTC AND HOMELAND SECURITY AND FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM AND TOMORROW I WILL BE CONTACTING THE FBI AND THE US ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.

Unfortunately they are able to get our information by hacking into some system that we all have used our information online. They have called me with a different number also. Dont worry. This is a Scam to try and get money from you by using scared tatctics. I have worked in Law Enforcement which is funny that they would call me. But report it to you local Police and if they call again. Just say i called the local police and you can call they good buy. That is it. They will move on. Attorneys dont call you on the phone for a Law suit. These guys are such jack***es. Dont get worried no one is coming to your job or your house. THIS IS ALL A SCAM>>>>>>>>>>

They called me talking about a law suit, and they are trying to get money out of me. They have all my info

I received a call from these people as well. They threnten me with legal action and said I owed over 8 thousand dollars but I would be able to settle with them by paying 900 dollars. I called the FBI and talked to an agent about it because I believed it was a scam he informed me that this was indeed a scam and if they tried to contact me again to let them no I have reported them to the authorites. He also told me to contact the FCC.... He also explained that these people are hackers that are overseas... I have placed a freeze on my credit with all three major credit reporters. I would recommend that everyone do the same.

I received a call from this same company today, and I did get a payday loan and somehow I checked my account and I seen they took $14 out of my account, the guy has a foreign accent real heavy I knew it was a scam because the guy couldnt stay in character while he was talking to me on the phone, he stated he was calling from the attorney general office and I need to listen, and I hung up. So I would like to sign a petition or get 2gether with anybody 2 get this matter resolved I will be calling the REAL attorney general office 2 report

I also got a call or several from this phone number, and now also my checking account has apparently been compromised by a scam company called everypayday.us. The thing is I did get a payday loan for the first time in my life and somehow someone got my bank information.  Anyway, the guy from this number calls me with a deep Indidan or Arabic accent and tells me do not ignore this call.  I am in a lot of trouble.  He is an attorney from a legal office and for my attorney to call him, or I could give him my banking information and pay him over the phone for about $358 that I owed to some company that was getting ready to subpoena my door, and the next time he called when I asked him if this was a scam he started laughing and I hung up on him.  My attorney called him and this Juan Walker who obviously didn't sound like a Juan Walker is definately a scam artist according to my attory.  Juan Walker asked for my attorney's legal number.

It is a definitely a scam, they did that to my other job, but with an Indian accent. So now its a same story that they telling me about my social security. But did not worry about it because i know they are a scam.

i totally agree with you ... cause they've been calling me all day talking about a loan that I know i didnt sign up for or get ... I am willing to file a lawsuit cause they've been threating me and everything.

When you get a call from these people call the "REAL" Attorney general at 877-382-4357 give them the number. They trace it back to the original caller.

They keep calling me.. they have all my info (don't know how they got it) I'm reporting them to the police. They want to give me a pay day loan I never applied for.

These people called me aswell and I've never gotten any kind of loan from them. Obviously its a fraudulent number and they are just trying to get money that's not theirs. I told them I have reported them to the police and if they continue to call me I will get them for harrassment and impersonating a cop. Lets get together n file some kind of lawsuit against them.

U got a phome call from them saying they were American General and that I had been approved for a car loan up to $25,000. All i needed to do is send them my down payment and then they would give me a check for the 25,000.! They had all my information including my social security number, very scarey Not sure what to do. Help someone please!..

I keep getting these calls they have my name, address and last 4 of my SS... very rude and keep threatening me. They claim its a fraud department and they will be filing charges at my court all they say its a payday loan..I have never gotten a payday loan in my life and when i ask questions they hang up on me...Very rude and must be some kind of fraud but scary that they have all my info..
