Debt Collector
I just received calls from 646-741-2095 stating they were from Goldman Walker and Associates and were going to file two felony charges against me if I didn't comply.  Said my file was going to the State Attorney's Office and I would be arrested immediately for theft by deception and check fraud.  First, the date they are claiming I took out the payday loans is so far back the statue of limitations has expired and second they are a collection agency that bought a debt.  Do not believe a word they say.  Verified with a police officer friend of mine that stated they are getting a lot of complaints about this and it is just a debt collector using illegal tactics.  When asked to send me something in writing or send me a fax they said they couldn't do that.  WHAT???  They wouldn't give me the State Attorney's or supposed original debtor's phone number.  Said I had to talk to them or I would be arrested without bail.  This is not a Class A murder.  SMH!!!

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.
For extortion Scam Operations, file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Debt Collector
You call during my work day and leave rude messages to call you NOW. You called my MOM and told her I need to call NOW to discuss an affidavit(I'm failry certain you cannot divulge info like that to anyone but the intended party) I return your message as soon as I'm off work, 9 pm YOUR time and no one is there. I get a voicemail. I've tried to email your company, only to not get a reply. I live 3000 miles away and I have a law suit in NY???? If you need me to be "compliant with this urgent matter," you need to realize I'm 3 hours behind you and cannot call you, or anyone, during business hours.
