I didn't give them a chance to talk. I answered..no one spoke..I hung up. This company is called Global Touch. There is a website and a Facebook page. I suggest after making complaints to the FCC that complaints are lao posted on the their FB page. And leave messages of complaints on their website.

Yes, I received about 6 calls in the last 2 days. When I answer, there is silence on their end. They do not leave a message. When I called back it said this number was no longer in service

I wouldn't confirm anything or agree to anything with any cold caller. And 11 calls just today? I'd also report them to the FTC.

Over 11 calls just today from this 'company'. GlobalTouch
When I answered they said that I had not filled out something last week and they needed to confirm my electric bill account.
When told to call later and speak with husband, they continued to pursue speaking with me and getting me to agree to something. Wasn't clear at all as to what or who they were.
