Received a call this morning.

Some guy with a very foreign accent just called the house phone and left a message on our answering machine.  He said that the very minute I listened to the message I was to call back and that it was a very time sensitive matter.  Most of what he said was inaudible.  He said his name was Leon Ganity and gave a call back number of 6467702922.  At the end of the call, it sounded like he was dialing another number before hanging up.

I got a call today at my office as well as a message waiting for me at home.  Message was that I did not pay back a payday loan and that unless I paid it back immediately, the case would be heard in court this Friday and I would be charged attorney fees in the amount of $4000.00 plus the amount of the loan.  Said his name was Andy Thomas . . very strong accent.  I laughed  and asked. . . .what payday loan?  He said something about Advance something or other.  In any case, I didn't take out a payday loan, let alone not repay one.  He told me I would be sued in court this Friday,  He couldn't tell me what court or where it was . .I told to go ahead and have fun with that.  Definitely a scam.  Just really really annoying to deal with.  Will definitely call the Federal Trade Commission #.  Thanks Lisa :)

This same number calls my boyfriend at work and harasses him daily on his cell.  They do just like I have been reading, wish him luck with all the bad things that will happen to him after he refused to wire them money ASAP for a debt they wouldn't disclose.  Why these can't be stopped I do not know but someone needs to do something about it.  Plus it looks bad getting these calls at work.

Man named "Rick" with very strong accent called my office demanding to speak to my attorney, threatening that if I don't return the call that he "wishes me luck". I called back, and told him I was an attorney, know about the fraud he is trying to commit and if he ever called my number again that I wished him luck. To that I got complete silence, and he eventually hung up. Do not send these people money and don't be frightened by their threats!

I got a call from this number also.  They use many different numbers and tell you that if you do not return their call that something is going to happen to you like they are going to do some voodoo on you.  I just happen to work for the police department in my area so i called a friend and he checked it out for me.  He told me that YES it is a fraudulant place.  DO NOT send them any money or give them your personal info.  They will keep calling and harassing you trying to get you to give them money.  Just get your local police departments fax number and tell them that if they want to talk to your attorney to send the info to the fax number atten it to some officer.  let them know that you have a fraud case against them and that their info is all over the internet.  They will leave you alone.

That is hilarious.   they kept calling me and I would hang up on them.  They called me 37 times in 30min.  So I did the same back to them.  I called, they answered I hung up.  over and over again.

Got a call from this number 052321293. They've also threatened me. I keep rejecting the number on my cell phone. They leave the voice mail and I delete it. IT'S A SCAM. I don't bow down to these ragheads. Screw 'em. They can call till hell freezes over. f*** 'em.

I also got a call Thursday night and 646-770-2922 from James Brown left me a message to relay a friend of mine and if I didn't that me (Lisa), the friend and another friend,  it would be in a legal mess..I called them back and they told me that I owed $5000.00 some dollars..I went to my neighbors to let them hear it and she said she also got a call, but she didn't understand what they where saying and hung up on them...Well her daughter called and let them have it, and they told her that they had mine and her mothers signatures and pictures...I also talked to them again then he stated that the lady they where looking for borrowed a loan I guess through them and she hasn't made a payment and me and my friend had to take $200 some dollars to the court house..It doesn't make sence to us what's going on. I went to the police station and talked with them and they said it was a scam and to call this number if anyone every gets a call like this again and the number is 1-877-382-4357 and that is Federal Trade Commesson...The police off called them and they told him they were Legal Accounts Assosiation from Brooklyn  wasn't on long they hung up...well he called back and told them this is hawkins county sherifs office of course they hung up again

The way I have found to get them to leave you alone is to call and piss them off every day for about a week and they stop I called them everyday to tell them that I wasn't in jail yet lmfao

i recieved a call today saying they wanted my attorney information and that i needed to send 712 dollars

I got a call from 052312293 today and they left the same message and to call back on the 646-770-2922 number.  when I called I got the same line as everyone else. that if I didn't pay them by Monday my case would be "downloaded" to the court.  I spoke with 3 different people in the office and they are all foreign Indian or pakistani. They said they would be in the office until 5pm Eastern and that I had to call before 5 and not after.  I called at 5:02 and the number was for a Family medical practice in New york City and there was a message from the Dr. who is a white woman.  Funny thing is on her website there are 3 different numbers but not the 646 number.  I left her a message to let her know her number my be being used for a scam.  Next time they call I am going to have them speak to my lawyer.

always receive call from 052-312-293, foreign accent.. to call attorney at 646-770-2922 does not explain what complaint is about.. one person when confronted stated if I did not want gift it was ok and hung up.
get other calls out of california.. who cite social, and bank account nr over phone.. thats upsetting do not see that they have used the information yet illegally other than harrassment. this has to stop.

I got a phonce call from this same number above and I would like to know who is the none talking English man is on the other end.  It is getting annoying when people call your phone trying to collect for something.
