and sending love letters txting and emails ,then says went off to nigeria on a mission from ny and is staying in hotel away from camp went back to camp to stay and lost wallet on way to hotel now has no way of paying bills and cannot do mission
as he cannot pay bills.says he is Chino Thomas Sultan (commander in cheif)

this person is txting me.now asking for money using name as commander chief chino sultan.
