These people have called me repeatly 40 times in a row if you don't answer the phone and then they are from the middle east and you can hardly understand what it is they are saying.  They are also very rude and trys to threaten you if you don't pay them any money. Not good business practice

Got a lot of calls from this number.

I have received a few calls from these people.  They don't just call once, they call 4 times in a row.  If you don't pick up the first time they don't leave a message, they call back again and again and again, and the last time they leave a message threatening that I have to pay them quickly or else the company I got a loan from will process litigation in a county in California against me, so I must get them an arrangement today to avoid that.

When I asked him to mail me a letter proving I owed the debt he said he that he if he did that they wouldn't be able to hold my account any longer.  He also wanted me to fax him my drivers license and a letter saying I authorize them to take this money from my account.

They emailed me letters to print out and fax to them.  I responded by telling them to mail me proof of the debt.  We'll see what happens.

Also, don't be fooled, they spoof their phone numbers too.  I got a bunch of calls from the phone number 1295.  

They have called me at work several times, I have told them when they can call and we'll see if they stick to that.

So far I an unimpressed with the way they handle themselves.  They try to make you think as if you have to get this done right now, as if there is a hurry to stop litigation, but they were unable to tell me anything about this litigation, only that it was a county in California.  They were unable to tell me what county it was so I could call and verify.  They seem to not want to give me any information so I could independetly verify their claims.

I suggest anyone treats them with suspicion.

Received a call from same people with the phone number of 315 538 9905. they are the same company is called Affidavit Consolidation Legal Services. Google all information it is a spook number in Japan. No such company exist.

I'm so glad I googled the name of the name of the place "ACS" and scam, and a whole bunch of stuff came up confirming my suspicions. It's so silly because they have heavy middle eastern accents and their names are always something like "Roger Smith" and on a different phone call from another scammer's name was "George Washington". lol.

Do not pay these people anything! They are scammers!! I had one guy tell me "Well if you can't pay $800 by today, go take your last shower in privacy for a while, because the police will be at your door in the morning" I told him, "K...when they show up, I'll have donuts ready for them!"

this number 646-786-4435 is just one of many numbers being used by a company calling themselves ACS (affidavit consolidation services). All of them having heavy middle eastern, pakastani accents. telling me i owe money on a pdl that i never had. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. BEWARE.

I received this as a fax number from someone else trying to collect a debt...I called it and it is not a fax but the number to Ny International something could not understand.....I do not owe these people money and they are threating me and calling my employer.....

I have received the same thing.. When I called my bank they said it it a SCAM and DO NOT give them any information.

They are calling to collect on a debt I never had.  They have called twice to collect on two different debts at two different times.  Both times I contacted my bank and never received these "deposits" they are claiming.  They are telling me I am going to court and the police are going to come and get me.
