I found out he was a scammer and still he insisted on that he was not a scammer. Luckily Im smarter than that. So he now does not bother me .... He types fake paypal emails. and it goes to your spam/junk folder which is also fishy.

I just got another msg from 424-253-8854 saying again, "whats is your best offer...". I assume I will have to pay intl' text charges for the Tim I already responded to but I won't be responding any more!

He's still at it. Tim wants to buy my laptop by Paypal. I told him not to send payment. I will not accept it. Even if he sends payment, he can contest it later and say he never received it or it was in unacceptable condition and Paypal could reverse the payment.
