Just received a call from my job saying an attorney John Smith called for me and needed to speak with me in reference to a case had a thick Indian accent. I called back pretending to be someone other than myself and he said he is with Allstate legal services in Manhattan, NY. NO SUCH PLACE! I REPORTED THEM TO THE NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE!. They have had numerous complaints about these scumbags out if India pretending to be attorneys.

Threatening phone call

Got a call from this number telling me I owe money to them.  Second time this has happened.  First time, heavily middle eastern accented man called me and left a similar message,  they called my work hundreds of times on hundreds of different extensions.  My bosses and co-workers called me asking to have them not call.  I told them not to call my work, and he said he would call until I got fired!  This is Illegal and harassment! Can't believe this is happening again!  Will not pay any money to someone I do not owe money too!

Just received a call from that number a Mr. John Smith....said I needed to call back right away it was very important....was very hard to understand him....I wish someone would do somthing about these people....

Called my work number looking for someone who works near me. Said his name was "John Smith" with very heavy Asian accent and he was from "Cast Net". Would not tell me what he wanted and to give the message. I yelled and told him to never call MY phone again. Especially mad since he called my number looking for someone else. Wonder if that person gave my number out. That would really be wrong!

I was receiving calls from another number and after blocking them I just received a call today from this number and it was the same voice  (a foreign accent) saying I was going to be receiving documents about appearing in court because I did not pay back a payday loan  (that I have never taken out btw) of course he wanted to offer me a deal if I would pay their firm $384 then my account would be taken care of.  Such a SCAM!  When I told him I knew what he was up to he got very defensive.  The scary thing is they somehow have my personal information like work email and bank account number  (thankfully only the last four numbers) as well as the last four numbers of my social.  They also had my address.

got call that they deposited  large sum of money in my account nd have been trying to get it out but bank will not let him. I personally wwent to bank and there is no activate on my account in the last 6 mths they re now very aware of this scam and if the call comes from a foreigner. and when you call back on a different phone will not answer. but if you call on the same phone as you ecieved this call will answer.BEWARE OF THE SCAM I will for sure be talking to th F.B.I
