Thank you so much for posting this! I also went to the website and viewed all the information (several times). I was confused at first but then I had a lawyer friend of mine take a look at it. There is nothing illegal about this program AND the earning potential is almost limitless! As for where or how Jim got my number.....I can only imagine how many times my number is listed on internet white pages, chamber of commerce listings etc. It's all digital now so it is virtually impossible to keep your number off the web. I am glad he called me though. I have spoken with Jim several times since that initial phone call and I am very excited to participate in the program! If however, this does turn out to be a scam I will certainly repost my experience!

Hey!! I never even got that Green Coffee crap either!! Paid for the S&H and never received it. Got tired of contacting the company. But yeah, I'm getting this call too from Jim... Getting pretty good at mimicking his voice ;) lol

Got a taped message from jim lesher back in august 2012 . i remember distinctly it was jim 4 cash .  i`ve had 5 emergency room visits since then ,COPD flair ups (lung desease) CAN`T BREATH ! Just got back with him this January . YES he is smooth and covincing and he doesn`t rush you . And yes i`m a push over .I`m 67 and still wanting to believe that not everyone is out to do you in . And I also know that there are those out there on line that will take your last dime and sleep tight . Yes ,I`m nervous after reading all of this but no one has said he took their money and ran ! He tells you this business Isn`t for everyone and to think it over and get back with him and this is after you watch the one hour presentation . go to adress bar at top of your screen and type in www.jim4freedom.com and then the pass word is   success  . Listen to all of it . inclueding the reading of the frequently asked questions . It`s so simple it took a while to sink in . I went 15 times on #2 till i got it . there is no product to sell , it not MLM LIARS . I LIKE THE WHOLE CONCEPT ! I voiced my concern about the leads you have to get to keep it going . Says he work with you to help you (three way call) bring in your person that gets it and ready to go ! AM I SICK?  OR IS THIS IT!

Hope everyone files a complaint on this guy with the National Do Not Call List. Even though it probably won't do any good. Seems like folks have been complaining about this guy and this number for over two years and the Govt has yet to shut him down.

Me too..Funny that I started to get all kinds of calls after I ordered a free trail of "Green Coffee" suppliant hawked by Dr. Oz. Too bad he sold my phone and last four of Credit Card. Dr. Oz should be concerned about his reputation if he sanctioned this..

If the calls are being made to your cell...I just assumed they were because this guy called my cell.

Get the Mr. Number App and block the call. You can block by sending calls to VM or by a short ring and hangup, my personal favorite. I use Mr. Number to block all private an blocked numbers, as well. I hope this helps.

This guy is phone spamming people to sell a system that he bought into for placing thousands of pre-recorded  messages to unsuspecting folks.  Obviously a failed network marketer giving us all a bad name with his particular tactics.

No way is provided to remove yourself from his list.  This guy needs to be shut down.

6468620902 - an unwanted sales call.  Their robo calling system never gives up. Apparently they are unafraid of calling phone numbers on the do not call list.

He called my cell, hate that, to go to his website www.jim4cash.com....Did not go and do not want him to call again.

Got a message form this guy today, around 2.40 pm. I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number. Some sales pitch.
I'm on the do not call list, but apparently since I'm in Canada and this number is from the states the do not call rules don't apply.

Yep, Jim is a timewaster machine left message on our answerphone. Now on our Reject List. It Will Not be getting through again.

People like this get your number from a variety of sources.

1.  They buy it from the cell phone companies.
2.  You put the number on some online form, and it gets sold that way.
3.  Your number is somewhere on the internet.
4.  You have ever placed a searchable resume on a job search site.

The fourth one was my downfall.  Now, whenever I place a resume, I only leave an e-mail address.  If they are legit and want to call me, I will pass along the phone number.

This is a business and we are receiving calls from this number 646.862.0902. We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I am unable to block this number but I will report it.  I hope this helps others.

Received a voice mail today and yes it was an automated Jim trying to sell me something.  I am also on the Do Not Call Listing so I will follow up and report him.  The phone number that came up on my cell phone was 646-862-0902.  The same number he tells you to call or go go jim4cash.com.

This guy's automated message came to my cell, but the phone never rang, went straight to voice mail, and the call didn't even log in under my "calls" list so I couldn't even see the phone number/time/date.  It's as if it never even happened.  I'm on all the Do Not Call lists also, but calls/companies/scammers like this don't follow rules or laws, so no surprise. I'll hopefully catch his phone number again (not the one he says to call, but the one the call is actually coming from) and will try to block it.

This gentleman keeps calling me leaving an  automated message about earning money by leaving automated messages!!! I am on the Do Not Call registry and have been for about 8 years so he is definitely not checking the list. I have tried calling back to ask him to stop phoning but all I get is another automatic message.

I don't know how these people got my number, because I am on a Do Not Call list. There doesn't seem to be a way to get off their list... calling the number only takes me to an automated message. It's a BS marketing pitch pushing some BS moneymaking scam.

It looks like Jim Lesher is a guitarist in Ohio. Doesn't seem like it's the same guy! I don't want to be annoying some innocent musician...
