The same things happen to me now I'm in Quebec and someone talking English say the same things of you.

This guy is a scam artist. Do not sell or purchase anything from him.

Unreal!!!! Thank God I had the good sense to look up this number because the person was very insistent and I didn't like it they were polite but very insistent on me setting up a PayPal account now and taking the ring I am selling on Kijiji off the market. And I didn't feel too good about it. They also offered me 150 dollars for  shipping it up in West Africa for their son.

I received an offer on my I pad from this number. he/ she wanted me to ship it to west africa and said he / she would pay by paypal.  I am not not saying there are any issues although it seemed like a strange request. He / she was not rude, but was aggressive to get my paypal info email and close the deal.

This same number offered to pay extra for the items in selling. With the same back story. And now he is giving me crap about trusting one another when I called him out. I screenshotted this page and I'm going to throw it in his face.

Wow same story.  Offered me more money if they could pay using pay pal. Said it was a gift for someone who was in Africa on a missionary trip.

I listed something on Kijiji. Got texts from someone at this number about making a Pay Pal payment for more money than I listed my item for. This was also going to be a gift for someone coming home from Africa. The phrase "Ten foot pole" comes to mind

Also got weird text messages after posting on Craig's list.  Bunch of nonsensical stuff about someone coming home from Africa...pay pal...Canada.  

I reported to Craig's I hope nothing weird happens with Pay Pal!

I posted something on craigslist and this guy went all out with the BS.  Even sent me fake payments from paypal which I reported.
