keeps calling my job claiming to be from a law firm

I was called & severely harassed by the so-called LLC Law Firm in New York 646-873-6094 ! These East Indian people called today basicity yelling at me about a loan from Advance America, telling me that I am in trouble & will go to jail for fraud if I don't pay them $730 immediately! The names of the people who i spoke to where, Nick Stevens, Paul Simmons & a John Waydam! They also told me that he hope I had already had an attorney ready to go! So of course I'm freaking out at that point so I told them I had to call them back & I called Advance America & told them everything that had happened & I was informed that my load had been sold to a collection company not affiliated with this LLC Law Firm & I'm not ganna  be going to jail for not paying my loan (which I will be now lol) Anyways, I decided to call them back & act like I wanted to pay them to get more information to give to Advance America & they refused to give me the whole name of the Law office or even the name of the lawyer that was ganna take me to court! In closing, Advance America told me that there has been complaints like this going around lately! So please, if anything happens to you, investigate it first because a real law office has to give you that basic information!

Mr. Black called and said he was from the government and wanted me to know that I won 2nd place prize from Las Vegas of $450,000.00.  He said he was trying to contact me in order to help me obtain the prize money.  He told me that all taxes had been paid and that I would receive a check from Bank of America delivered to my house the next day.  All I had to do was pay 1% of the winnings ($4500.00) in order to insure the prize.  TOTAL SCAM!!!  Just wanted everyone to know not to believe this and to be warned.  Hopefully, we can get rid of these creeps that try to sound so sincere and lie to us through their teeth.

A man named John Waydam with a heavy foriegn accent called my office and said that he was from the LLC Law Offices in New York.  He said that I needed to call back 646-873-6094 right away.  This was very important and he hoped that I had an Attorney already... he wishes me good luck!

When I called back the phone number, of course after checking it out on the Internet and finding it was another scam fraudulent phone call that people do to you if they find out you have researched or received a loan from places like Ace Cash, Cashnetusa, or Kings.com or Paydayloans.com etc.  They say that you have not paid back your loan but you received it and they have been hired to get the money from your account to theirs and they of course we hired by the loan company, which it is all a bunch of CRAP!  

I tried to get them to answer my questions and they yelled at me and told me to F*** OFF, when I questioned them and told them I knew they were scam artist.  I told them I researched this phone number and their so called company, LLC Law Office in New York and it does not exist!

Beware people, THESE SCAMMERS CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH, they are rudes and LIARS!!!  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, BANKING INFO OR ANYTHING ELSE!  Let's put a stopped to all this scamming on AMERICANS!
