THEY CALL MY PRE-PAID CELLULAR AND Didn't leave a message.

This number keeps calling me and never leaves a message.  Just got a call again today! I am on the DNC list and still get bugged!

get calls from them all the time..

They have called me yesterday and today. 646-884-7028.

keep getting calls from this number, they don't leave a message.  I have request a trace on it (dial *57 from moat phone to initiate a trace.)

Got a call today. Accent like Indian. Noisy telephone "boiler-room operation" voices in background. Said Diabetes Survey. I asked if he spoke English. I asked for supervisor. Silence. Background noise continued. I kept repeating in phone to never call again get a supervisor; you're being reported. Then phone disconnected.  Another scaming scum.

Called my prepaid cellphone with a pitch to help reduce my debts. Had a hoorible connection with lots of distortion, plus the guy on the other end mumbled. Had a terrible time understanding him. These bastards should be shot, since I'm sure it's some sort of scam that preys upon people who can least afford it.

Said "want to save money on your electric bill". Hung up

This number showed up as IVR on caller ID.   I heard nothing so I hung up.

Who does this number belong to?  Didn't leave a message.

Called my landline. Rang three timmes. I answered saying Heeelllo, Heeello in a deep voice. No one answered back. I hung up. Then I called the number. Someone picked up but no answer I said Heellloo in a deep voice. Then I hung up I called back again fifteen minutes later. This number is a utility number selling gas I asked him to put me on the no calling list. and I did not know how he got my number as I am on the no calling list.

I got a call from this number and they knew my number...I called back but it sounds hung up???

I got a call, picked up and there was someone on the other end whose voice was fairly unclear partly due to the accent and partly due to the quality though he worked on it reducing the background noise but leaving my voice echoing with a delay.  I figure he is getting paid by various companies to make calls.  In my case he was telling me about how I could save money on my PSE&G bill.  I told him he could mail me the information and he already had my address.

Yesterday 2010-06-16, I received 4 calls from 1-646-884-7028. within a 6 hour period. I do not answer numbers that are not familiar to me. Also called for information to a number (not revealed), I got a person not even speaking spanish.  This was a NYS phone number in Albany! Wake UP America!

We have been getting daily calls from this number.   They claim to be a 'diabetes interest'  group.
Have told them  Not Interested  and hang up.

2 days straight i been getting call from that number, don't know who, what or why or if they have any reason to called. they never leave a messenge. that is so bothersome for me.

i'm getting tired of this phone call. whoever it is never leaves messages so it can't be important. STOP CALLING!!!!

This number has called my cell phone 15 times in the past few days...I have tried to return the number and am not able. Who is this???

Several calls from this number today.  When I pick up no one is there.  When I try to call back absolutely nothing happens as though the call doesn't come through.  Is there a way to block it?

One would think with all the complaints about this phantom number that NY's current Attorney General, running for Governor, would step in and start an official investigation.  Cuomo where are you?  I oersonally have gotten calls on my cell phone from this number a few times a day the past few weeks.  As my phone does not recognize the number I refuse to pick up.

I just got a call from this number , ID says New York NY  , On the Ooma Black List It Goes "BYE-BYE"

I got a call from this number also. Since have no debt. It has to be a scam or someone trying to sell or con me with something.
