I was called to days in a row at 5 and 4 am.  An undiscernable voice could be heard asking some kind of question but sounded very remote.  I hung up immediately

When I pick up the phone, nobody answer for several seconds but it sounds like a internet modem trying to connect so I hang up the phone right away.

Me llamaron de este número, al contestar colgaron, en menos de un minuto me llamaron desde el numero 911716371 un comercial de Orange intentanto ofrecer sus servicios... Si tendran morro!, hacen una llamada automática para saber si estas, y luego te "llaman" sabiendo que hay gente....

ante todo gracias al comentario de HVM, gracias a él ya no he cogido la llamada siguiente.Despues de llamarme desde el 6469090000 me han llamado de un numero con prefijo de madrid. Que se vayan al cuerno, ya no lo cojo

Me llamaron del 6469090000. Era una grabacion que empezaba diciendo que había mejorado la cobertura de internet en mi zona. No me dio tiempo a escuchar más porque colgué.

When I was trying Google Voice today, this number was shown as dialer on the phone I called.  So I think those who wrote the above reports might be mistakenly called by someone on Google Voice (formerly GrandCentral).

Likewise for me.  I just moved to Germany too, and got this call a bunch of times.  Voicemails were left with no message.

yeah i got this phone call 5 times in a row. they asked for someone and when I told them this is a new number, they called back 4 more times within a minute. you could hear a modem trying to connect or something while I talked to the person. So I hung up.

Called but left no voicemail.
