They   have  called  me at work over 85 TIMES  i have  Almost lost my JOB .

Got a call from these guys today - very similar stories guy claiming to be officer Jimmy Watson with a thick accent --who do we report this to??

I have been getting calls from this number also.  They say I owe a debt and it needs to be taken care of.  I asked for them to send me the information of the company that I owe the money to, the account number and the amount owed.  Mark Henry (that is what he said his name was) said that it was against their rules to send that kind of information before the debt was taken care of but after I sent them $700 they would send me the information.  He also said that none of that matters, that I don't want to get in trouble so I just need to pay it and they would mail me all the paperwork when the debt was paid in full.

They told me I had charges against me from a debt I owed.  When I contacted the people I owed debt to, they said they hadn't reported me to any collection agencies.  When I called back, "Mike Henry" said that he was the guy I spoke with earlier, but I spoke with a man named "Adam Smith."  They even called me at my job!!  I already submitted something to the FBI website about them.

They totally left me several messages all on different lines.  I am so going to report them.  I not letting them slide by that easy.  

When I told them they were out of their mind, the indian man got totally upset and started to scream at me to the point of not understanding him.  I also told him that I would report him.

TOTAL SCAM!!

These people need to be turned in to your local DA. They are committing fraud and the more we turn them in the sooner they are caught. Person hung up on me and when I called back asking the company name they only say the Jimmy Watson was not there. No company name. Yet the person who answered sounded like Jimmy Watson.

Called and left a message warning me to call back before anything went wrong with my social security  number.  I called them back and told them I was taping them and was working with the FBI and that when they got caught I would be first in line to press charges for their SCAM!  The man names Adam Smith (sure - that is a common India name) hung up on me.  I kept calling back asking how they liked being taped and harrassed.  They get very nasty and this is really sad that for some reason they are not being caught and stopped.  It is a SCAM so never give them your debit information or money through a western union!

stating that i have a loan that needs to be resolved today, and the person is alfred smith and can't understand him at all, i asked for the supervisior and all he did was put the phone down and then got back on and stated that he was some one.... and is very determined to get my bank information to get that payment loan resolved now .
