This SOB somehow got into my email account and zillow posting for my rental property that I was showing last month, he was able to send emails back and forth between a new tenant of mine somehow without me seeing the message history (my tenant showed me the emails conversations on her phone, but they would not show up on my email account history) and he was pretty close to meeting up with this tenant and collecting her rent and security deposit. My new tenant was freaked out because she had meet me before and knew that I didn't have a thick African accent. He got into my zillow account and put his contact info in the details of the page and that people should contact him if they wanted to see my property!

It was too be to be true! I nearly got scammed myself. This time his name is Chin Young now.

We went to the address in Long Beach provided through Trulia app last Sunday. The address: was listed as an apartment. We arrived and found someone already living in a HOUSE at that location. The occupant indicated that he had been there for SIX MONTHS, and he had never heard of Sean A. Haghi. This guy is a total FRAUD. He will only communicate by TEXT (that was really fishy right off the bat) Do not fall for his scam! Sean A. Haghi is on the trulia.com website but he is not a real agent!!

Yes, I'm glad I googled his email address.  I found it linked to many properties all over the states.  When you try to view the the properties, they are no longer available.  He was trying to get us to wire money to the Phillipines for a Chicago condo which he claimed was his home and was renting out because he had been sent to the Phillipines on a missionary trip.  Sending money to another country without first seeing the apartment and knowing the person would be the dumbest thing anyone can every do.  Whew!  Glad I checked!  Then he started preaching about how I needed to have faith in God that he could be trusted!  BEWARE OF THIS GUY!

Agreed-- very much a scammer! Posted a beautiful place in SF that was clearly too good to be true. He sent both a fraudulent email and has been spamming my phone with texts now.

I found the same thing for a Zillow rentals ad in La Jolla. What a scammer! I tried to contact Zillow but it looks like it was taken down. Thanks!

Sure enough, this time Cruz is on a mission trip to the Philippines and needed someone to stay in his house for the next 4-5 years and was offering a great deal.  People - if it seems to good to be true, it most likely is.  Luckily I googled his phone number before I sent any money.  Thanks for starting this blog.  BTW, Found him on Zillow.

Some guy,call himself Cruz Gary (or I also found on different site a different  name- Bill)
Conning people with apartments for rent.After you send him the first,last and security deposit via Western Union you will get a package with the keys to the house and rental agreement or he said
Be careful renters!
I found similar add in Chicago,IL:La Jolla CA,Washington DC,Santa Monica CA,San Francisco CA.......
And most of them are in "Trulia" Real Estate
