did anyone get the 91.000 dollars???

I called them and they said they are legit but only 10 lol, there are almost 10 people here lol.

I got a check for 3750.00 I didn't call back. Is it a legit?

Actually, the check may take weeks or even months to bounce.  You are right, the wired money clears instantly.  

Never cash a check and wire the money to someone.

The checks are fake and if you try to cash one, it will be accepted by your bank because it is a cashier's check and they must be accepted by law. However, within a few days, the check will come back as being bad. If you've spent any money like Western Union away some cash, you'll have to pay it back and you may be prosecuted for passing a bad check. If you haven't spent any of the money, you may still be prosecuted. Criminals are using the average person's lack of knowledge of bank operations to run this scam which depends on the different time periods it takes checks and wires to clear (days versus hours). The scammers will have your money in hand way before you find out the check is bad.

I also recieved a chk for 3750.00 tried to call the no. no answer i think these people should go to jail!!! I am going to forward this info to the attorney general in florida!!!!!!!!!

Got the letter and the $3750 check, also winning $95,000, with taxes due of $2700. I called and a gentleman with an African accent, walked me through the program as if he was Ed Mc Mahon. You sure can't beat their consistency. The bank is real, but no company name on letterhead. This was on 60 Minutes just last month and that scam took place in England. I would love to play the part and do the TV intervention. Would love to see these SOB's behind bars!  Do not give them any money!

I received the same letter and checked it out, I guess it is a fake, I hope that nobody cashes their check, God only knows what happens,  BEWARE!!!!!!!

same thing, i looked up grouser products which was on the check, they sell cat steer tractors and have a scam report on their page.

Got the same thing today, Just use the saying, is it too good to be true.

I received a letter re: customer Evaluation Draw Lottery for a number of stores( Best Buy, Wal Mart, Sears, etc) with a check for $3,750 as a part payment for $95,000 that was won by me and ten others in the lottery When I called, as man with an African Accent told me to cash the check and call back.
I figured it was a fake and checked the web.
