Thank you for getting back to me so promptly.  I am very excited about staring my new career this coming Monday at 8:30AM. I was hired very fast thanks to your great training program and resume you did for me. I was very impressed and delighted that your training program was free-no charge - no cost but I was glad to have purchased HWC "Electronic Manual" which is now in my computer and I have also uploaded it to my USB Key which I daily plug in my work computer and in a matter of seconds I can pull out any detail of my HWC Duties and responsibilities and it is worth "a million" when I need some Medical Terminology "term" or any part of Hospital abbreviations, emergency codes! It is great and fast! It is step-by-step guide of my clerical duties is huge help too.
I am very pleased at how quick and easy it is to correspond with you.  The course is cost effective & very informative.  My questions were answered promptly.  The course was rather easy to go through and I really like that there was a "training" test at the end.

Hello RTS Team!

I have definitely been enjoying the program. Your training program does a great job in covering a lot of the important information on hospitals; how they run and what you need to know/do in 9-5 situations. Something I would not be comfortable with if just thrown into a hospital setting. I'm sure the hands-on training in the hospital will be very exciting and I?m really looking forward to that and this program has made me feel more prepared in facing that setting as it seems the job will be very face-paced.

So I want to say thank you for putting together the online manual & training guided by a personal HUC Instructors, the more I read the more excited I get! It seems more and more fitting to what I want as a career.
 
I hope my comments are helpful, that is all I meant by what I have said. At the end of the day, the program is terrific and I am very thankful to have found it and been accepted.  I am already looking forward to start my extra 30 days full time training/practicum on the job with pay.

Hello everybody,

It was a great workshop and affordable as well. I have planned to take Medical Assistant course but it would cost me almost 6-7 thousand dollars to complete the course, but RTS gave me the opportunity to learn and mentally prepare myself to work in a hospital environment. My questions were answered.  The Final Test was good as well, a good review of the reading lessons.  
So overall, a very informative and interesting workshop which teaches us minor to major details and issues to take care of when working a HWC.  All lessons were pretty straight forward and easy to understand, and I learned so much learn in each lesson.  I would like thank the entire team of RTS for putting this workshop together. This is a great opportunity for people who prefer to do such a course from home in the evening hours.  The lessons are great to make notes for future reference which I know will definitely come in handy.   I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
I will need some guidance in preparing my brand new resume, cover letter, reference letter, HRD follow up letter and HRD thank you letter.
