There is new technique (at least for me) where you can display any number the caller choose. The number is not the phone number of the creep.
The guy who phoned me has pakistani accent and  used to be a duct cleaning sales man. I reported to the no call board to no avail.  
Now this guy phone other people with my number to be displayed and the received calls me to varify why I phoned him or her ten times in a row.

We should kick these guys out of Canada.

I've seen this # before.  I got two calls today. One just after 9 this morning and one just after 5PM. After finding out on this site who it is, I called them and got a voice mail message.  I told them who I am and my tel # and told them DON'T CALL ME AGAIN!. If you can't leave a message, don't bother calling. If I don't know the number or the name I don't answer. It's usually some one who wants your money. I'm fed up with callers that don't leave messages. Especially the ones that keep calling.

It's an election call.   Maybe they should try me tomorrow - Good Friday.  Shame on Elections Canada for holding an advance poll on Good Friday.  Don't call me anymore either.  The Gov't should have to abide by the Do Not Call List.   Why do callers show their number but hide who they are that is calling?  I don't answer these calls.  Show me who you are and I'll give it more consideration.

Someone from this number is impersonating Liberal Campaign Offices, calling people multiple times and late at night.  Very dirty campaign trick.

I've received 4 calls from this number today alone. The first 3 times they said nothing, and finally on the fourth they said they were from the liberal party.

If they can't manage their office, how are they supposed to manage larger responsibilities..

I live in Toronto, and I got a call from this number today. I did not pick up, but they left a recorded message. It was from Member of Parliament Carolyn Bennett inviting me to something. I did not listen to the whole thing.

Yeah it's Peter Youngren's campaing office. I've had crank calls every day now and up to 2 per day. Enough is enough! I called the office and the said they didn't know who was doing it but that they'd "Look into it" Don't vote for a guy who can't tell which of his staff is misbehaving! If he can't lead them, how would he lead the whole Ward?

I am fade-up with these scummers. When I call there is no answrer, finally today a man with Asian accent answrerd the phone and he identified that they tell market company. I strorngly beliee they are scummers who are looking for innocent poeple.

I received several calls from this number all most every day, when I call I get a messege of Kathi Bank. Finally, today I got human, but they refuse to give thier name and I suspecting them as scummers who want to still my identity and I would like to warm everone in Toronto.

I received at least 4 calls from this number today. When I answered, there was no response at the other end of the line. When I didn't, a blank voice mail was left. I'm supposed to be on "Do Not Call"

Thanks Torontonian for clearing this up. I do have to say I'm still annoyed with the multiple hang ups and calls from this number. They should really say who they are.

I just received my second call from this number today, and managed to get a human on the other end.  The Google directory information listing All Emergency Locksmith is out of date -- 647-258-7231 is currently being used by Peter Youngren, who is running for City Councillor of Ward 34.  

I found it refreshing that he's finally using human callers, as a call from his office over a month ago used an auto-attendant which seemed inappropriate for building community support.  In the future, I think callers like this should include their name in the directory information, so it doesn't appear as "unknown caller".

This number calls several times a day and will not respond or leave messages.
