Please stop calling me!

This number called me, I repeatedly called back until I did reached someone. Yes this is a scam, I told them they are all over the internet and they are scammer's, buddy told me he would remove me off the call list....highly doubt that...but whatever...come knock on my door fffrrrr'sss

The number is used by various companies - mainly security (Reliant & ADT for sure). I actually booked an appointment to waste their time - we are on the National DNCL (not that it means a thing to these guys).

Showed at my door driving a black BMW license plate CNSI and said "So I hear you have a security need" to which I responded "No, I have a need for you to stop ignoring the DNCL so with that in mind, I will be reporting you to the CRTC and to ADT head office. He did not seemed surprised, nor did he seem to care. ADT didn't seem to care much either, but did say that they would investigate.

I told them that they should care since a dealer was identifying themselves as ADT and hurting their brand. At no point in the call do they say that they are anyone other than ADT.

Suspicious hangup...listened to my voice and hung up right away...probably targets women

I phoned the guy back after he called.  He was from this probably fictional security company.  I told him that I do not need any, and he hung up on me!

Same Al as earlier. Almost fell for it again but I actually have this number memorized now (joy).

This number called, some guy with extremely poor English, said his name was William (just William), claimed he was from my security company and was fishing for info on my neighbors!!

HE IS A THIEF!!!!

Don't give ANY info to this Man! I have reported him to my security company, but highly doubt if they will get off their a###s and do anything. Our society today:(

I hate that they don't say anything, only listen to your voice saying Hello, Then they hang up. When I called the number back via blocked number, it was busy.  Why don't the phone company trace it and end the harassment.

These idiots actually think that I would book a home security demonstration at my house when someone who cannot speak English well calls me at 8:10 on a Saturday night. Complete loser-scammers.  Telephone service should be disconnected to third-world countries.

Got a call picked up ( I have family in toronto). It was a pretty creepy conversation! He asked for my name and details but I didn't give them. Still pretty creepy though...
I reported the number To the police, but I am still pretty freaked out!

I heard from this number at 5:30 pm today. I asked "Who's calling", and they asked for the homeowner. I asked again, and he said Maxwell.' He then said  something about home security, so I interrupted him and asked if he could put us on their No-Call list. He replied: "No."
Silence.
So I asked for his phone number. He said, "No."  
Long pause.
So I asked to speak to his supervisor. After a few more seconds of silence, he hung up.

The telemarketing industry should get after these people and shut them down. Otherwise they will all be chased out of town.

Please note that I have received these other phone calls at the same time they want to deliver meat and a gift for free. I DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR... Please be careful as all these other numbers have been reported as well.

They are trying to determine your home security for a break and enter - dangerous peple where is the government when you need them! ban this number and company!

This number should be reported to the CRTC for abusive and repeat phone calls - ban this number!

this scumbag asked me about my home security

Argh - got me this time (this time I was expecting a call from 647). Scary thing is they asked for me by name. Told them they had the wrong number.

I answered the call, but there was no one in the other end.

HOW DO I STOP THIS NUMBER FROM CONSTANTLY CALLING

Same Al from 12 December. Should I be concerned that I went on holidays on 21 December, my phone registered zero such calls during the 10 days I was away, and the day I return the calls start up again?

someone is calling me me from this number and no one speaks. I tried calling back and no one pickup the phone. It is SCAM.

This person called & asked to speak to the homeowner, there are too many calls like this coming through. I'm on the "do not call list" so what good is this.

it's for a home security company.  they are selling a video camera thing that attaches to your door and allows you to speak to someone outside without opening your door.  they want to come to your house to demonstrate the product.
