Daily calls from this number for about a week. I just ignored them. Then I remembered that the cordless phone I bought recently has a Call Block feature (not a feature from the phone company, it's a feature on the phone), so I entered this number. I realize the same company may call from other numbers, but it's worth a try. Something to look for if for you're buying a new phone.

Iristel out of ontario  owns this number , i have contacted them and they have said it is their customer and they will contact them and have them remove me , worth a try? Iristel is 1-866-779-4747

DUMBEST  thing  you  can  do !!!   this is  what  this  scammers  want  you  to  do  to  VERIFY  your  phone  number................problems  will only  get  worse !

I have had this number call 4 times today...and a number of times over the week. it is really begininng to piss me off. I dont want to press one..in case they somehow gain access to my phone line and charge long distance call to my number....is Sasktel able to do anything about this ??

Stop calling my number

Got this call on a Saturday afternoon and decided to listen to the automated message.  They give you the option to press 1 to hear a message about debt consolidation or 9 to be placed on their do not call list.  I vehemently pressed 9, and expect to receive no more calls from this number.

Auto-messaging telling me that I have been chosen to get debit counselling.  They are phoning at least twice a day. I hang up as soon as I hear the speel

received a call from this number ; after about 30 seconds , a  dude commenced babbling ,  was a bit pushy and didn't want to listen to the fact that i wasn't interested in their sales bs . i reached for my trusty ' anti telemarketer marine air horn ' and blasted the d****head  over the phone . silence ensued .  we will see if they call back .

so much for that no call list thats suppose to stop these unwanted callers.

Calls at least 3x per day but no one on the other end!  Surely there is some way to stop this caller!

Have gotten several calls with in the last 2 days. No one there and there is a horn sound that comes on the message.  Yelled at them to stop calling and hung up!  I wish something was done about these low life scumbags!!

These b*****ds get a persons name from any credit card debt, Talked to my Capital 1  rep 20 minutes before this call and "va-la" the phone rings and guess who? Cant stand these call all dam day long!  If they call and your line is busy because you are talking to "real people with real lives" they now know you are home and call continually.

When you call back to get off their list, all you get is a tone. No clue who is calling or what company they are with.

Received two calls on different days - second one was an answering machine.

7PM in Vancouver.  I was out.  No message.

teelmarketing debt consolidation called two times today already annoying i do not pick up long distance phone calls any further

want this number to stop calling my ph number !!!!! harrasment !!!!

Pick up to dead silence but after yelling hello, get a recorded message:
"Hello!  Your number has been selected to receive Important Information about Debt Consolidation!"  

I hung up and phoned back, and after getting bounced around between messages saying no one was available and voice mail, finally got a voice mail tone.  Left a message for them, "Reporting this number to the Do Not Call List" and hung up.

It's a scam.  Don't even bother picking this one up.
